This stay is extremely comfortable and convenient. My experience with customer service has been top tier! Tina went above and beyond to handle my requests and needs. The rooms are clean and in order; the only thing they lack is a microwave which would have been handy for my week long stay.

Indoor pool was extremely cold my young granddaughters wanted to swim but too cold I told the front desk that the pool is very cold. She said it is 74 degrees. That is too cold for anyone. All my granddaughters wanted to do was swim Room was fine. Breakfast was good I have stayed in many hotels with indoor pools never had one this cold. We won’t stay here again.

recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience. However, I was disappointed to see that breakfast lady was smoking on the property It came across as unprofessional and was not something I expected to encounter during my stay. I hope management can address this to maintain a more welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.

I want to give a huge shout out to the Tru by Hilton in Garner. I had a baby shower there on Saturday the 13th. Asia and Linee were simply the best. If exceptional customer service had a face it would definitely be theirs. I rent this so e quite a bit and I have always gotten superior service from Melinda the manager to her wonderful staff. If you are looking for a spot for your small event, you can’t go wrong with the Tru in Garner.

I Love this hotel , each time I go my experiences just seems to get better and better from customer services, the full breakfast to the cleanliness of the rooms. It also feels good that when you walk in or even call the staff knows my name. The staff is very knowledgeable about what I want and take care of me very quickly. I think I have met every staff from the GM Maria, Vanessa , Natasha , Nancy, David ,Tina and they all always have the biggest smiles on there faces and make me feel very welcome when I come in. Much appreciation to all of the staff at the Raleigh , Garner Tru by Hilton If you're traveling in this area stop by book a room and experience this wonderful hotel in person

This was my second time staying at this property and I found it just as clean and tidy as the last time I was there. Check in was easy and we had a room on the first floor. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was well appointed. I love the shower, and the shampoo and conditioner were great. Breakfast was good, no complaints from me as I woke up starving. Loved coffee and tea at all times. Got up well before breakfast and had coffee and enjoyed the quiet of the lobby before breakfast. I will be back. I do love my Hilton properties.
