Tru by Hilton Raleigh Garner

I want to give a huge shout out to the Tru by Hilton in Garner. I had a baby shower there on Saturday the 13th. Asia and Linee were simply the best. If exceptional customer service had a face it would definitely be theirs. I rent this so e quite a bit and I have always gotten superior service from Melinda the manager to her wonderful staff. If you are looking for a spot for your small event, you can’t go wrong with the Tru in Garner.

I Love this hotel , each time I go my experiences just seems to get better and better from customer services, the full breakfast to the cleanliness of the rooms. It also feels good that when you walk in or even call the staff knows my name. The staff is very knowledgeable about what I want and take care of me very quickly. I think I have met every staff from the GM Maria, Vanessa , Natasha , Nancy, David ,Tina and they all always have the biggest smiles on there faces and make me feel very welcome when I come in. First time staying at a tru. Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean, modern and well kept. The room is the same. The hotel smelled fresh too. The only cons were minor. The toilet did not sit level, the black out curtains don’t work great since light was still coming in at the bottom, there were several electronics that had lights on them overnight, a lamp, the tv, the smoke detector, and lastly for someone who is a light sleeper, the a/c wall unit clicked off and on all night. These were all minor issues and I would still stay here again.

This is a Hilton brand hotel? I thought that was the Hampton Inn. I didn’t realize that a hotel like this would have cockroaches in the elevators the size of my middle finger. The staff was so useless during check-in that I had to go back four times to get my keys redone so they would actually work for our rooms. Our reservation was screwed all to hell, even though I called them before arrival to ensure it was set correctly. And to top it all off, the air conditioner didn’t work worth a $*$$%* damn.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean & cozy. The staff was very warm & welcoming, especially Ashley. She was very polite, top notch customer service & accommodating to my needs for my kiddos both nights I stayed traveling to & from Florida. Breakfast was good, many things to choose from, the pool area was very clean & well maintained & even had plenty of space for non swimmers to sit & lounge while others swam. The hotel is near many amenities & easy access to & from the highways. I will definitely keep this hotel in mind when traveling again & I highly recommend if you have to stay on this area.

This hotel is always nice and clean as I have stayed here many times for work. I always enjoy speaking with Nancy and Linee while they are working the front desk. They always have a smile on their face and make me fill at home while I am out of town. They truly are the best.
