Der perfekte Ort, um abseits des Trubels der Partnachklamm zu entspannen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal - angefangen von der Hotelleitung, über den Empfang, bis hin zum Service. Ausgezeichnete Küche mit einem Küchenchef, der gerne und auch offen ins Gespräch geht. Moderner und ausreichend großer Wellnessbereich mit überragenden Infinity-Pool. Stylische und schöne Zimmer. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Amazing getaway up in the mountains! The scenery was absolutely stunning. Hotel was very clean and comfortable with lovely views. Restaurant food was very high quality and the staff were impeccable. Had amazing massages and a dip in the rooftop pool. Wonderful all round and would love to come back!

Wir waren für drei Nächte dort. Ganz tolle Lage, ganz tolles Hotel, ausgezeichnetes Essen und Service. Glutenfreies Essen war auch ohne Probleme möglich.

Good overall service. Looking for an Experience in the south of Germany? This is the place to be. Combination of hiking, activities, mountainvieuws, it has it al. For a short stay(1 Day) and late Arriva, the wellness times may be an issue.

Beautifully decorated hotel in a postcard setting! The 4 course dinner was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the hikes (particularly the gorge!) and appreciated relaxing by the pool late afternoon/evening. Pre-arrival info is very detailed although, arriving by car, we had a little trouble finding the hotel's carpark at the bottom of their gondola, as there aren't many vehicles driving up after the Olympic stadium but numerous groups of pedestrians in both directions.

Großartiges Hotel mit überaus gelungenen Verbindungen aus Alpen-Charme, modernem Luxus, sehr guter Kulinarik und tollem Wellness-Bereich. Der Wellness-Bereich ist in jeder Hinsicht toll! Einzig die jeweiligen Öffnungszeiten - gerade für den Panorama-Pool sind zu kurz. Die Junior-Suite mit großem Balkon zur Südseite, mit fantastischem Blick und offenem Bad ist hübsch und qualitativ auf sehr hohem Niveau. Die Minibar wird mit nicht-alkoholischen Getränken jeden Tag kostenfrei neu befüllt. Gutes, qualitativ hochwertiges Frühstück. Leider sind die Rühreier zu trocken. Man kann zwar Spiegeleier und Omelett frisch bestellen, jedoch wünschte ich bei diesem Niveau bspw. Egg Benedict. ...sehr leckere Brot- und Brötchensorten, sehr guter Kaffee, jedoch braucht die eine Maschine recht lang. Das bei Halbpension (HP ist wegen der Lage auch unbedingt nötig) angebotene Abendessen ist durchweg sehr lecker und kommt als 4-Gang-Menü daher, immer mit einer vegetarischen Variante. Die Erfüllung von Extrawünschen wird offensiv angeboten. Tendenziell ist ein zuweilen leicht übertriebener Hang des Personals spürbar, so viel wie möglich Umsatz (Getränke) zu generieren. Insgesamt ist der Service tadellos und freundlich! Service Das Personal ist ausnahmslos freundlich, zugewandt und serviceorientiert. Einzig den Check-Inn hätte ich mir trotz der vorab per Email reichlich und oft zugesandten Informationen, etwas mehr persönliche Infos gewünscht. Bspw. wie das mit den Freikarten für die Klamm funktioniert (steht im Lift, wurde mir dann gesagt) oder wie das mit den Handtüchern für den - fantastischen - Wellness-Bereich funktioniert.
