There is a highly trafficked street in front of this home that is visible through the trees and from the deck. Please take extra precaution with children as the driveway leads straight to this street and there is no fence surrounding the property. Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage.
