Property Description
Welcome to Yellowstone Retreat Rentals! Built in 2021, our two bedroom one bathroom apartments carry all the necessities you need to visit Yellowstone. The apartment is located only four blocks from the historic Roosevelt Arch, the North Entrance to Yellowstone. We are also located a few blocks from Arch Park, which provides grills, a gazebo and picnic tables, and the neighborhood elk that tend to hang out there. With our convenient location, you will also be close to all of the wonderful shops and restaurants our little town has to offer. We have BRAND NEW MATTRESSES delivered in April of 2025.
As mentioned above, each unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It also has a laundry room, washer and dryer, with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided (nice for those guests who have been traveling for a bit!). There is a queen bed in each bedroom, and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. We provide extra blankets, pillows, and sheet sets for the sleeper sofa. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, as well as hairdryer and towels provided. We have a full kitchen with a full size oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. All of the basic kitchen essentials are provided along with dish soap. You cannot carry bear spray on the airplane, which is why we provide it for you! It is located above the microwave in the kitchen. Parking in Gardiner can be a struggle - not here! There is one parking spot per unit provided, right in front of the building. There is also a paved handicapped spot right in front of our ADA unit for those in need of it.
Some important things to note :
*We DO NOT provide cable TV. We have Smart TVs and you have the ability to log in to any streaming service you carry. We have the best WIFI plan available to accommodate our working travelers and those who want to relax with a movie after a long day in the park.
*Our air conditioning unit (our AC is not central air) is located in the living room, and tower fans are provided in the closet of each bedroom.
*If you are sensitive to noise, we would recommend getting a top floor unit. We worked with our contractor to do all we can to prevent noise transference, but these are apartments with two upper units, and two lower units. We also enforce quiet time from 10pm-7am, and no parties are allowed at our apartment.
*For our ADA unit: The countertops and cabinets are lower, and there is no under sink storage in the bathroom or kitchen to accommodate our guests in wheelchairs.
We are a small family business, and love what we do. We take great pride in our business, and want to provide each guest with a 5 star experience! Clean, spacious, elk wandering right out front lol! Loved our stay right beside Yellowstone NP, made trips in to hike everyday with incredible wildlife experiences and cooked or ate in Gardiner each night.

Everything very good except noise from apartment above us, which we understood is an issue.No problems after 10:00 PM & before 6:00AM.Worked out okay. Beds were great. Sofa bed was too.

Amazing! So so clean. So close to Yellowstone entrance! I don’t think I have ever stayed in a VRBO that was as clean and well stocked as this one. Highly recommend!

Great location! Easy walk to everything. Woke up to a few “guests” early one morning (neighborhood elk enjoying a morning stroll and breakfast). Unit was bigger than pictures represent. It also had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again.

Exactly as described. Super convenient for Yellowstone’s north entrance. Walking distance to restaurants. The host was super quick in bringing a pack & play that was accidentally forgotten. Seemed very safe. Parking was so close to the door too!

Very nice property in the heart of Gardiner. Everything was well taken care of and clean. Made for a comfortable stay and the host stayed very well communicated thru it all.
