"I booked a comfort twin room, which said it had a small garden. The front desk gave me the wrong room (see Figure 1). I didn't notice it at the time, but after two days, I discovered the room smelled like sewage, had worn carpet, and was infested with cockroaches. There were also rats in the hallway leading to the restaurant—large, white-faced rats. I asked to change rooms, and they gave me the more comfortable room I originally booked (see Figure 2). The breakfast was also terrible. There was no milk or yogurt. Just bread and homemade waffles."

"This hotel is run by Japanese people, and it's right across from a Japanese supermarket and food street. Breakfast offers both Japanese and American options. I ate the Japanese food for two days; it included rice, miso soup, and salad fish, which I was very satisfied with. The rooms are also quite spacious. Highly recommended! Free parking."

"Please do not book here! I have never seen such a filthy place. The room was extremely unhygienic; the sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases, and towels had not been changed since the previous guest's stay. There were visible bodily fluids and other unidentified stains everywhere on the sheets and blankets—it was truly disgusting. I was afraid of catching an infectious disease. The towels were also filthy. The door lock was broken (we had to move furniture to block the door). There was a broken power outlet. The pipes were leaking, with a strong smell of mold and mildew. The television was broken. We immediately reported these problems and requested clean bedding or a room change. The hotel refused to change the bedding or arrange another room for us, claiming there were no rooms available. We intended to leave that night, but it was too late, the environment was unsafe, and there were no other hotels nearby available, so we had nowhere to go. We checked out as early as possible the following morning. The hotel charged us for both our first and second nights' stays and refused to refund us, which was infuriating, especially since we didn't actually stay the second night."

I stayed alone on the third floor as a woman, so the stairs at night were a bit scary😇 It's also pretty close to LAX. [Service and amenities] The staff were friendly and I felt that the cleaning of the bathroom and other areas was fine. There was a vending machine on the first floor where you could buy drinks and snacks🍫 There was shampoo and soap, and I was able to use the shower without any problems. The room was close to the road, so if you're sensitive, the outside noise may be a bit of a bother. [Disappointments] - Wi-Fi didn't reach the room and could only be used on the first floor - There was a hair dryer but I couldn't use it"
