每次去高邑辦事，都會住如家睿柏雲酒店，老顧客了。前台有有一個帶口罩的女服務員，説話態度差，好像我們顧客欠她似的。連續住了2天後，不續住了，和前台也説了。你直接把房退了就好了，收拾東西下來，剛過了2點，張嘴要收20塊錢？鑽錢眼去了吧？如果你房間爆滿，需要着急住，可以提前説一下啊。都空着房，還影響你賣房間了？説話太難聽。這個服務員真的不行，不會溝通，不會辦事，好幾次入住，遇到她都不爽，對我們顧客趾高氣昂的，高高在上的，把我們顧客當下屬了，真得需要加強培訓。以後再也不會去了，前台服務員就是酒店的臉面，住酒店住的就是心情愉悦。酒店生意好，都是靠的回頭客，服務真的很重要。以後果斷換酒店。再也不會去了。永遠不見。

老家門口的酒店，不錯，周到細緻，服務很好。下次回去還住這裏，對於縣城來説，這個酒店還是非常超出意料的。值得推薦。

服務態度挺好的，整體環境尚可。但是向陽房間沒有高級點的房間。
酒店有停車場，直接進後院，停車即可。

高邑家庭房裡比較好的了，房屋乾淨衞生，打掃及時。缺點是小房間床挨着電梯牆，電梯運行噪音不小，還好小孩睡的沉。

停車方便，性價比高，每次回去都優先考慮這個酒店。過年期間入住的，風大外面本身温度就比較低，由於帶着孩子住的，覺得温度還是有一點點低，晚上需要開空調。
