This stay was truly awful! Upon entering the room, I was greeted by hair all over the floor, on the bed, and in the bathroom. It felt completely untidied and disgusting. I thought the hotel's guest room control system would be a convenience, but it was even more frustrating. When I tried to rest, I couldn't turn off the bathroom light. I don't know if it was a problem with room 412 or something else, but the bathroom was brightly lit in the middle of the night, seriously affecting my sleep. I stay in a hotel to relax, but these issues left me feeling completely disturbed. It's a complete waste of money. I hope the hotel will address this issue and make improvements as soon as possible so that other guests don't have this terrible experience again.

The rooms are clean and tidy, with simple, modern decor, comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing. The staff are especially welcoming, attentive, and responsive. The airport driver is highly professional and drives remarkably steadily. While the breakfast selection is a bit simple, it's delicious and won't leave you hungry before your train. It's a great value, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, I was very satisfied and highly recommend staying here!

I got off the plane late at night, checked in, took a shower, and found that the sewer was blocked and leaked water all the time. It leaked to the toilet next door and the wash basin outside. It was a bit disgusting. I went downstairs and asked the front desk for a pair of slippers. Then I told the front desk about it. The front desk was silent and didn't solve the problem. They pretended not to hear and didn't give any feedback. I won't stay here again. Please choose a branded hotel if you have some requirements. This is really not good. The pick-up driver was very nice 👍 The front desk was really bad.
