衞生一般，配置也一般，地下停車場方便，一米五的雙人床，比較舒服。高架路旁邊，有夜市，旁邊的麻辣燙好吃！

位置地段是新城區，附近很多夜市和餐廳，生活比較方便，酒店是公寓的房間，比較正常，環境和衞生普普通通吧，説不上好也説不上差，注意下沒什麼大問題。如果自己開車過來注意停車場衹允許出去一次免費，如果要進進出出多次就要花停車費了，這點有點不方便。

房間寬敞，衞生乾淨，服務態度很好，有地下免費停車場，我們住了一宿後，第二天游完贛州城又續住一晚，，第三天去遊通天巖又續住了一晚，感覺不錯，便宜，性價比高。
