I loved my stay here so much. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly and the location is excellent.
I've learned from experience to be skeptical when hotels claim to offer western breakfast especially in smaller cities. That usually means white toast bread and some sausage. But I gotta say this time I was pleasantly surprised and I was happy with the offered options.
While here make sure you check out their sky bar/lounge. Really nice views.

很諷刺無煙酒店到處都是煙頭 從大廳到客房 哪哪都是 有人抽煙打電話讓服務人員處理 還不願意 叫了半天 來了 居然還説他們聞不到煙味 他們聞習慣了 真的很諷刺 無煙酒店 煙頭滿地 隨意抽煙

①一年至少住了十幾次了，但以後肯定不會選擇了。
之前一直定行政房，結果下午水果沒有了後就覺得沒有性價比了。
②再後來被鄧明星的魔幻循環聲折磨了幾天。（演唱會住的好）架不住大堂，電梯，通道，房間電視一直大聲循環。那時就覺得裝修和品牌服務不成正比。
③**事件徹底被搞服氣了。連休息都沒法。主要是太崩潰了。晚上睡覺莫名被吵醒（嗡鳴聲！很大）晚上9點半響了兩次，11點半響了一次，然後凌晨3點到4點又響了一到兩次。然後今天早上我開會的時候又響了三四次。本來就很疲憊，結果下午有個人打了個莫名其妙的電話，搞的更無奈了。

我這次真的要給你們酒店一個差評，體驗感太差了。作為一家星級酒店，這個價格不便宜，雖然我衹是終點房路過休息一下以為能享受到優質的服務和舒適的環境，結果大失所望。房間找了半天沒有找到一雙拖鞋打赤腳在房間等了半天，服務員還爭辯房間有拖鞋，我眼睛又沒有瞎，讓我心裏很不舒服的是房間的沐浴房竟然有煙頭，看着就噁心，也不知道多久沒清理了，房間地面上好多處都有頭髮，我每走一步都能看到，心裏膈應得慌。我花錢是來享受的，不是來忍受這些糟心事的。這樣的衞生狀況，實在是和酒店的星級以及價格不匹配。希望你們能好好整改，別再讓其他客人有和我一樣糟糕的體驗

這是我自駕遊全國難得一次的評價。你們這個酒店我衹能説臟話！1樓前台，4樓酒樓前台，你們是不是不用培訓就能上崗？全程黑臉？誰給你的優越感？問一句答一句，一點笑容一點服務態度都沒有任何一點！誰給你們的優越感！80一晚的旅店都要比你們好不是一個層次！包括我太太都一説起來就惱火，我們自駕遊幾年了，第一次這麼氣。我們憑什麼受你們的狗眼，憑什麼受你們的冷落，你們更是憑什麼做這樣的服務。錢一分不少給你，你這樣做酒店服務？真的除了想罵人就是想説臟話！我勸你們所有人真的不要去訂這個酒店！真的太噁心太拉了。還有，鄧紫棋去了你們那住沒錯！但是大可不必整個酒店都有循環播放，真的很擾民！還有，特別想吐的就是早上打電話問早餐到幾點，就回你你一句，到十點。我問的時候是9點半，並沒有任何多一句關心！真的一點都沒有！****服了，這樣的酒店，這樣的前台憑什麼能有人入住！真的太噁心！8月28入住的，希望你所有當天上班的前台，都是女的。然後4樓也是女的，早點下崗回家吧。真不適合，真掉價，真噁心。
