"The resort is located in Malgund, a little ahead of Ganpatipule. The stay area is different and beach access area is different, you have to cross the street to access beach. The beach area is beautiful and scenic. It has a cafe and well planned sitting arrangement near beach. One can sit for hours peacefully and enjoy the beach view. The stay area is walkable and all the main areas can accessed, or you have buggy option too. Breakfast had variety of spread, but lacked the taste. But the restaurant food is good. Rooms are clean, and have all necessary amenities. Not as spacious compared to what they charge."

"As usual we are fans of this resort. We are visiting this place since 2010. Stunning view of ocean from the rooms are making us to fall in love of this place…Again ! Food is tasty, easy to digest and safe. But this time they slightly disappointed us and are loosing one star due to restaurant management. Bar should be at different place from family restaurant. Because it was so uncomfortable while taking a dinner with Family at restaurant which was almost full with Alcohol Drinkers. For drinkers… seating place should be different. Another issue is about Tea orders. One day I ordered one tea and coffee at around 8.10 pm at room as I was so tired due to hectic travelling. But restaurant denied to serve tea n coffee that time. They said tea service is closed now...only we can serve dinner ! As per Three Star Standards Tea n Coffee should be available at round the clock. Because I prefer kitchen tea only…and not room kittle tea. Thanks to Vikas from Restaurant who served us well at restaurant. He is really hardworking person. Housekeeping is fantastic as usual. Our kids liked sports room and kids swimming pool. Overall, it was comfortable stay. Thanks. We will keep visiting again n again !"

"It Is a cosy placed amidst trees and rustic charm. Walking distance from the temple. Hot water was available only in the morning but when I requested to arrange it for my parents they quickly did it. So hospitality is really good. Food is also good at their restaurant which is located in the vicinity only. However there are limited options for breakfast. Overall a good place. "

"The hotel was at a very convenient location. Convenient distance from ganpatipule temple, kokan museum and kavi keshavsoot smarak. The restaurants too are nearby. Room was basic and the washroom was clean. I will definitely recommend this place"
