Excellent stay! Clean and spacious rooms, friendly and professional staff, and great amenities. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommend for a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable experience. Great value for money!

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service
After I had to change hotels I chose to come to the Yangthang Heritage. Not only did the accept my last minute booking but also prepared a room immediately. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful with painted carvings throughout and is only a short walk to the market road. The dining was very good. The true highlight of my stay was the service. The service was exceptional and above and beyond anywhere I've stayed. If my travels ever return me to Gangtok the Yangthang Heritage will be my first stop.

Nice property near to mall road, the hotel location is bit confusing and is at down the slop from road. Stay was nice, food nice and staffs were very cooperative

The deluxe room at the hotel was disappointing. From the window, you could see an under-construction building, and the front view wasn’t any better. After paying an additional amount, we were upgraded to a higher-category room, which was much more spacious with stunning views. Here are some pros and cons: pros: 1. The hotel staff is supportive and proactive. 2. The ambiance of the hotel is pleasant. 3. The food was decent and reasonably priced. 4. The hotel is located close to mg road (about 300 meters, making it convenient for shopping, and the price is affordable. Cons: 1. Although mg road is nearby, the walk is steep, which may not be suitable for children or senior citizens. 2. There were power cuts 2-3 times, and the backup generator took around 4-5 minutes to restore power. 3. The room heater is available for an extra charge, (but after negotiating for an upgrade for room after paying an extra amount, it was provided to us at no additional cost. 4. Breakfast was not a buffet; instead, a fixed menu was offered with items you could choose, and they served you at the table. Overall, it’s a mixed review.

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, hotel is a 2 min walk away from the main MG road, while still avoiding the crowd. Staff were always very courteous and helpful, and the restaurant provided meals to our taste. Many thanks to everyone including Deepa, Kalyan and Nita for the luxurious dining experience. Thanks for sharing useful tips on where to explore food options at MG road The best part of all, amazing views of Kanchenjuga in the morning, from the comfort of our own room! Highly recommended :)

The location was perfect just 5 mins walk to mg marg however the entrance to the hotel is a bit steep not suitable for elderly. The breakfast was good and the view from the room was also good. However the wi-fi connection was really poor inside the room. They need to upgrade it.

We have average stay over here. Although, hotel looks good from outside but rooms are not as per expectation. We had stayed in deluxe room with no good view from room.
