The reception was impeccable. The production using a buggy is also pleasant. However, I was disappointed that the staff at the breakfast buffet seemed unmotivated, didn't show us where to sit, and just walked around aimlessly and wouldn't respond unless we called out to them. I was pouring coffee for Western guests.

Our stay at Raddison Kandla was nothing short of a dream stay. Everything was excellent from food to ambience to cleanliness to greenery. We had been excellently taken care of. I commend Chef Mr Lakhan for delicious food and thanks Ms.Harshita for taking care of us. Waiting to come again .

The food and service was excellent,I am regularly visiting in this hotel, food was superb, specially Mr.Chanchal Restaurant manager and chef Lakhan taken care well, i am very happy with their service, thankyou very much Again to entire Radisson kandala team .
