Beautiful hotel and property. This hotel has lots of great amenities and a nice breakfast in a beautiful place. My son and I enjoyed our stay. The beds are very comfortable, and the shower has great pressure.

Fabulous hotel, so welcoming and such nice staff, amazing from start to finish! Food delicious, great value , and an absolute pleasure to stay! Bedrooms so cosy and spotless, stunning gardens and excellent location! Cannot fault just great memories and we will Definately return!

A very friendly and welcoming stay. The staff are friendly, helpful, accommodating and obviously very happy working there. Rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The food is excellent in both the Bistro and a large selection for the buffet breakfast. The leisure centre is excellent. The city is a 5 minute drive, Salthill Strand is a 10 minute walk.( Bus service or taxi if you don’t want to walk). I would highly recommend and will be returning to stay again.

Excellent is the only word to describe our stay. The management have to be complimented on the training of their staff. Happy staff lead to happy customers . Exemplary was Finn in the bar who thinks on his feet. The scones weren't ready so I could offer you some soup instead. The evening meal was to die for. Our thanks to everyone that made us feel so welcome.

Went with my hubby for his special birthday 🎂 We used Google maps on my phone to get here from Belfast, and it was spot on, easy to find and brought us straight to the door. We had a fabulous room, so spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was sparkling and the water in the shower lovely and hot. We stayed for 3 nights, as this was our first time to Galway, and we'll definitely be back. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much. We went out for the day on hubbys birthday and when we came back they had left a lovely surprise in the room for him, we were so touched. I must mention Josie in the dining room, as she was great and gave us directions to town and buses etc. She was lovely and definitely an asset to the hotel. (And it was also Josie who arranged the special treat.)
