We booked last minute for an overnight stay in Galway. The staff were very pleasant & extremely helpful. It seems to be a new hotel as everything is immaculate. Good choices for breakfast which tasted amazing. Location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. We walked into the city after arrival which took about 20mins. Galway is a lovely city to go out in and a taxi back to the hotel was about €8. Free parking at the hotel is an added bonus. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a Beautiful hotel in the heart of Mervue close to the city centre by bus car or even walking . The staff were very lovely the rooms were clean beautiful comfortable and very chic . The lobby as you walk in is fabulous. Love all the red and black great in the whole hotel loads of parking and very close to loads of amenities.

Really pleasant stay
Really pleasant stay at the Radisson. Food was lovely (although a bit on the expensive side for portion sizes). Wait staff were lovely in the ground bar. The room was in excellent condition.
There was confusion at the reception when checking in - the reception staff tried to say the room was not pre-paid and asked me to pay again. This took several minutes to sort and a lot of back and forth with different staff members, which wasn’t the best start to the stay after spending close to 3 hours driving to Galway. It was explained that the hotel is new opened, so hopefully this becomes more streamlined.

Ordered 2 Chicken sandwiches which is at the top left on the menu, its not actually a sandwich , it is a wrap , white wrap ...untoasted , the waiter who gave us the menu didn't mention this , neither did the waitress who took our order , i also mentioned it to a second waitress who cleared our table ... she was aware of the confusion around the menu and said it had being mentioned to the manager / chef, she apologised for the confusion , personally i am not a fan of wraps , particularly the white ones and especially non toasted , wouldn't order that again , the menu should say wrap if its a wrap , ordered 2 portions of chunky chips , they were undercooked in the middle , the kids pizza could also have done with a few more minutes cooking, the base was just about cooked , be sure you get the kids menu , the first waiter who seated us said there was no kids menu which i found to be quite peculiar , anyways after about 5 minutes he did arrive with one and apologised , as far as the ambiance goes there is music playing all the time in the background even in the toilet , would be better without it , there is also a couple of large TV's on one side in the bar/dining area , we sat as far away from those as we could get , i live in the area so i'll probably give it another go at some stage in the future , this place could be great if the basics were sorted out. Mentioned all my grievances while i was paying , got another apology and was told that the managment would be informed , to be fair the staff were all friendly and polite .

Lovely New Hotel great staff the full Irish breakfast was the Best I ever had👍👍 I will be back again with friends and for longer so handy for the City I always stay in Radisons Hotel but this one was one of the best I ever stayed in huge car Park under Hotel

It is stunningly modern and beautifully designed. The spacious interiors and attention to detail create a unique and welcoming atmosphere. We stopped in for food and were thoroughly impressed—definitely a spot we’ll visit more often. It’s clear that Radisson RED is poised to become one of Galway's go-to destinations. We can’t wait to return and explore more of what it offers. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a chic and memorable experience in the heart of Galway!

Although it’s only been open for 3 weeks the service from every staff member I encountered was exceptional. From checkin to checkout and everything in between the staff went above and beyond to accommodate any requests.
