This 3 bedroom 2 baths quaint beachside home in Spanish Grant is located on a low-traffic lot-perfect for families with kids. It is a short 2 minute walk to the private beach accessible only to the residents and vacationers in Spanish Grant-no vehicle traffic to disturb your relaxing day on the beach and not fighting crowds for a spot on the beach. Feelin’ TipSea can easily sleep up to 10 guests. The home showcases vaulted stained planked ceilings. The well-appointed living/kitchen provides views to the gulf and is complete with a large island that seats 4 and dining table that seats 8. The main living area on the first floor has ceramic tile and all of the bedrooms have carpet. The second floor bedroom with stained planked ceilings is currently used as a bunk room with 3 sets of bunk beds. The ground floor has a hot/cold shower to rinse the sand away, washer, and dryer. Additional features include WiFi, smart TVs (in living room and bunk room), and board games for family friendly competition. The horizon views of the Gulf of Mexico can be enjoyed from the deck on the sturdy patio furniture with wine or coffee in hand. The wrap around deck makes for a great sunrise or sunset view point. The ground level has a large picnic table, a charcoal grill, and outdoor lighting that makes a great place to hang out day or night.
