We wanted to stay at the El Rancho, but no rooms. This property is right across the street. It was great! I haven't stayed in a Best Western in a long time, but this was a very pleasant surprise. It was just about perfect. The room was large and had a couch. It had great beds and a nice bathroom. There was a good breakfast buffet. It was very clean and very modern. Maybe it was new. One of the best stays on our Route 66 roadtrip.

We stayed here a few years ago and was comfortable so no brainer to stay here again. Checked in and given all relevant info but no water offered this time although BW members of a good few years standing. Noticed a coffee machine in foyer so had coffee before going up to room. Think the pipes on the machine needed flushing everyday as every coffee we had from then on tasted of hot chocolate. A bowl of muffins there too to take. Room very clean. Liked the smell of the bath products but arthritic hands found it hard to squeeze bottles. We slept in the next morning after having a long drive previous day and did not get to breakfast till gone 9 which finished at 10. Most items had gone - had to ask for bread for toast and cranberry juice had run out. There was a daily breakfast menu but need to get there early before it runs out. Can't understand good reviews for breakfast as same as any other generic hotel. .Noticed staff were having breakfast there too at same time. No problem with that but should be after breakfast hours have finished for paying guests. The next day we were a bit earlier and found breakfast area to be better stocked with additional items we had not seen the day before such as cereal toppings and protein bars. A different person was working so probably why, but staff still helping them selves to breakfast and sitting talking. No problem but needs looking into especially with paying guests. The breakfast area was closed off for the rest of the day which looked a bit odd as would have been a comfortable area to sit. Am ok stay but not as nice as previously.

Staying at the Best Western Plus was a delight! It was very clean, easy to navigate, and had convenient parking. The breakfast buffet was delicious. But what really puts this place over the top is the staff! They are wonderful - super friendly and helpful!

The front desk people were friendly and professional. They had packaged muffins by the 24 hour coffee, which I thought was a nice touch. The room had a good smell when you walked in. The room was charming and spacious. I liked the extra seating and tables. Beds were clean and comfortable. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was citrus scented, but it was thick and did not feel cheap and watery. The shower was HOT and had great pressure. The indoor pool was the PERFECT temperature, and the spa was nice and hot. A kind gentleman from the front desk came by to refill pool towels, and was nice enough to ask how the temperature was and made polite conversation. Looking at the breakfast menu, they definitely had a big variety of items. But for our breakfast on Sunday morning, it was just OK. I would love to stay here on different days to try out their other options. I also liked that they had a coffee maker that you could hit a button and it could make you a mocha coffee. Nice! I noticed they had lots of cameras throughout the hotel and outside, so that made me feel a bit safer. Another thing I liked was that we recieved a discount on our rate for just being members. Great stay overall.

The AC was broken and it was NM in July. It didn't put out cold air and when it ran, it sounded like a train. At 1 am I asked for another room and they couldn't do it. Priceline wouldn't back it up for a refund.

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind as we checked in. Great food options at breakfast (felt home cooked v. just heat and eat). Staff was friendly regardless of time of day. Highly recommended this place for a stay.
