Although there are many choices for breakfast, it's a pity that I got a stomachache; one of the lights in the room was not on; the water pressure of the shower head in the bathroom was not very strong.

Awful staff was rude and lazy didnt resolve over charging me 600 dollars for a deposit manager didnt care to help left me without a place to Stay and out the money for deposit I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone ever!!

Chelsea was horrible and an absolute disservice to this brand. She waived the early check in fee for the Caucasian man in front of me but it was policy to try and charge me. I waited an hour after driving 15 hours, fine that's on me. She gave me not only a room that key didn't work, but it was infested with giant bugs. Ola and the GM did their best to remedy my poor experience but it was too late. Did I expect a 5 star experience? No, but I didn't need giant bugs and racist employees from a Wyndham property

I went to visit my son. I chose this Howard Johnson place because the price of the rooms was very reasonable. The young lady who checked me in was super nice and very helpful. The room was very clean it was well stocked the bed linen appeared changed. The bed was super comfortable the air was cold and it was very quiet I slept like a baby and I love the lamp that was in my room.

Based on my notes, the family included my elderly father, my 2 sisters, my elderly aunt, my niece and I arrived safely at the hotel at night time on 30th May 2024 directly from Fort Morgan , Colorado after a continuing road trip from first point, San Jose , California followed by Wendover, Utah ; Casper , Wyoming and Mount Rushmore, South Dakota. We spent a night at the hotel before continuing the journey to Arizona the next morning on our way back home to San Jose, California. Firstly, the rooms were quite small and standard in amenities. Secondly, the free breakfast was standard which included potato and sausages. It was of utmost importance that guests should come very early for breakfast at roundabout 6 AM in order not to experience the insufficient food supply. In summary , it was sufficient for staying overnight in this hotel.

Miss Ola is a million gold star employee. So pleasant, personable, helpful and accommodating. Appears that the facility is newly renovated. Super clean room with beautiful artwork. Lobby art belongs in a museum! Hand done by the hotel's family member. Room had microwave, refrigerator, many television stations, and coffee/tea. Slept like a baby. Highly recommend. Lovely hotel.

Staff didn’t interact much or seem to care. Room was not very clean. Hairs all over the bathroom and could visibly see a bleached out stain on my bed sheet from God knows what.
