No hot water. The heater didn't work. Not important at this time of year but during winter you would be in trouble. Also... I arrived at 8.45 pm to a locked door. I - and others - waited half an hour until someone turned up. The bathroom also has the worst stucco I have ever seen. It looks like a bunch of people spat at the wall and then painted over it.

Rooms were rundown. room had no cold water, bathroom door would not close & door to room would not close properly. Our truck was broke into and we got no help from the owner. His response when we call to ask about security camera footage was "I'm sleeping " and hung up on us. Talk about unprofessional!! I do no not recommend anyone stay here!!

SO disgusting. Do not stay here! We just needed 5 hours to crash after driving 10 hours. It was midnight. The tub had black hairs in it, so didn’t shower. The bedding was soiled and had black curly hair in it. The tub faucet was broken and ran all night. The surfaces were filthy. It was after midnight. I got new bedding, but worried those 5 hours there could be bed bugs. They offered to switch rooms, but the couple I was traveling with also had a disgusting experience. The manager only addressed the issue by stating you were offered another room. Horrible service.

Do not stay here!! Most of it is condemned by the City of Gallup. It's unsafe, filthy and management will rip you off!! We are Wyndham Diamond award members and stay in many Wyndham properties with our dogs. We have never had issues with our dogs for 20 years until this Days Inn. The hotel charges a deposit on every room and we were charged 100.00. The manager, Gilda Balbas kept almost 50.00 for "dirty towels." Yes, we dirtied the towels but they can be washed and cleaned. The deposit was for damages, not cleaning linen. I took photos of our room upon checkout as I had a feeling they were dishonest, and they were. Save your money and find an alternate place to stay. It's disgusting in every way!! You are better off staying in your car.

This is a good place to stay for a short trip whether on a business or personal trip. Very good location and close to the freeway for my trip. Also, a very quiet place which suits a very relaxed evening time after a long day.

No room service to have your room clean if you stay more than one night. The front Claire told me I could get a broom and cleaning myself I liked. Could not sleep at night with the train in the background all night long. Bedding was ridiculous tiny little pillows like throw pillows. I really recommend that no one stays here

Hotel is just gross very dated, no hot water in room, carpet nasty bathroom towels had hair on them just overall gross. No breakfast out and they’d go get it from the back toast, yogurt or a bagel but from where

I wish I had an option of leaving, but they had a sign saying no refunds if you are there for 20 minutes. After finding everything dirty it was past the 20 minute mark that is a BS policy do no stay here.

Very outdated room, no carpet no rugs, toilet was not attached to the floor. Do I dare say more? The continental breakfast was given to us in the office in a plastic bag to take back to your room or eat in your car? it consisted of two hard boiled eggs in a baggie, raisin bread in a baggie, carton of milk, cereal and a few other things. Not my type of breakfast. All in all I would not go back.
