"The room I had was quiet and although I was alone I felt relaxed and safe. Ideally situated. Very clean and a great size. Lots of hot water and ample clean towels and toilet roll provided. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay again. No air con but I bought a cheap electric fan locally and that was fine for my needs. Ample drawer space and comfortable bed and pillows. The lady who cleaned the room was lovely. Not at all intrusive and friendly and polite and I loved the fact I didn’t feel rushed out in the mornings and my room was spotless when I came back later. Hairdryer being provided was so helpful. Toiletries in bathroom. With only being a few rooms it was ideal if you want peace and quiet. Very positive experience staying here. Check in seemed quite straightforward though my Italian son in law dealt with that. Wifi I had no problems the password is downstairs in the small entrance way. Two keys provided one for the front door and one for the room. I stayed two weeks and found it just right for my needs. I went across the road for my breakfast of Cappuccino and a pastry most days to the Antico and had a wander around and got some great pics of the surrounding area. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this small hotel. "

"Very simple, small, basic room but it was enough for our stay. There's free parking just a minute walk away. Note there's no elevator and there's lots of stairs so dont bring heavy suitcase. Fortunately the air con was good. Breakfast was very basic but just something to start your day (coffee and toast). We did decide to eat at their restaurant one night and it looks like they have tried to take their basic homestyle food and turn it into a more upscale experience but the food was soso. Not very special. and not very hot. cant recommend the restaurant at the prices charged."
