Clean hotel. Cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet had lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. The pool area and pool bar were great. The pool bar offered gyros, which was a nice plus. The lounge bar offered a selection of non-alcoholic drinks as wells as typical beverages. In addition there was a good DJ and the music volume was not too high.

I recently experienced rudeness from a member of the animation team, which really spoiled what could have been an enjoyable experience. It was disappointing to be spoken to in such an unprofessional manner. Guests should always be treated with respect, and unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression. I hope management addresses this issue so future visitors receive the friendly and welcoming service expected. This was a male member of staff and he was in charge of the entertainment at night. Two separate occasions he has been rude towards me! Which is unacceptable!

The room didn’t quite live up to a 5-star standard—it was a bit worn. However, the cleaning was excellent and the room was fresh every day. Amazing sea view, although the sun didn’t stay long on the balcony due to its north-facing position. We had an executive room with a coffee machine, fridge, and bathrobes/slippers—very much appreciated! There were also no children by the pool (adult annex area), making it peaceful and quiet, except for some traffic noise. Betty who managed the executive pool bar did everything to make us feel comfortable and gave us a lot of day trip suggestions. Her drinks are the best and she is an amazing person! The gym could use an update with more free weights. But overall, we are extremely satisfied!

Hotel is stunning with it's views. Very peaceful for relaxation. Checking in went without a hitch and due to landing at stupid o clock a lovely Caesar Salad was left for us. There was also a bottle of wine. Lovely touch. We had a shared pool room which was very comfortable and clean. The weather wasn't great, wouldn't go back in October. On the better days we did use the pool but it was freezing. Hotel complex is spotless, people are always cleaning. Towels were changed daily and I really liked that the clean was in the morning which enabled an afternoon nap. Loved having breakfast with the beautiful views. If you're in the blue area, you can eat there. The one complaint would be that although there was a fabulous choice of food it was always cold by the time you got to the table. The buffet area is very small so there are sometimes when the queue is outside. Lovely staff except for Dune, she doesn't smile, talk and just leans over people for plates etc. You can see that she really doesn't want to be there. There was entertainment some evenings, some good, some not so much. I would return just not in October.

I stayed for a week at Leptos Panorama hotel here are some pros and cons to my stay Pros: Hotel is immaculately clean and I could not fault it at all, housekeeping is brilliant , every request that I had was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Food wise we had breakfast at the hotel and I was quite happy with the quality and the service Staff were kind and helpful Cons: I was hoping for a quiet holiday as I needed some time to relax Unfortunately the location of the hotel is by the main road , all night you can hear loud traffic passing. Next to the hotel there is a building site that starts 7:15 in the morning till 3 in the afternoon, very noisy building work with huge cranes and cement trucks and industrial drilling and all the rest of it. I totally understand that this is not hotel’s fault , but it affected my holiday massively. Georgia lovely guest relations manager helped us to move to another part of the hotel which was away from main road but right next to the building site. I agreed to move to that part as I had to make a choice between the lesser evil Georgia and the team are working really hard to make your stay pleasant. A massive thank you to the team. I would hundred percent recommend this hotel for people who won’t get affected with high level of noise during their holidays. I could not find a fault with the hotel itself.

Stayed all inclusive which allowed us to chil out completely after difficult year. Clean, comfortable throughout. Excellent choice of food and plentiful. Could not fault Guest Relations, housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff who really looked after us with care, attention and friendliness. Thank you Team Leptos Panorama for making this possible. Will definitely look to return.
