"I stayed in this hotel in September. I’d had an accident in my car and had to return to retrieve it from  Annemasse. my experience was good. I decided to rebook and was not disappointed. i  had forgotten clothes items and they kept hold of them for me. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant chef came out to the table to greet his customers and the waitress was charming. Excellent home-made food .  Reception  staff extremely warm a welcoming.  Location is excellent with shops and restaurants nearby even by foot. Geneva border eight minutes away, perfect!  I look forward to returning next year Thank you to the Staff ."

"Nice room. I really liked the kitchen and could save my money. There is some supermarket and easy to access them with fr prices. Staffs are kind and have motivations to use translator app if you cannot tell what you wanna say."
