Never been to Lytham St Anns before. Never been to a Mode hotel till now. What a beautiful little town, and right in the centre of town lies the Mode hotel. Check in and check out was so easy with no staff in sight. What a great system. Our room 106 was spotless, bed was comfy, great shower with the added touch of slippers and a bath robe. Tea, coffee, and biscuits also supplied. At the reception desk there is a phone which is used if you need to contact a staff member, which I used on one occasion and was greeted with a very friendly an helpful staff member who gave me advice that I needed during my two night stay. If travelling by car, there are plenty of car parks, but you can park free on the promenade road only 5 mins walk from the hotel. Only one small criticism. There is only one key card supplied with the room, other than that I would certainly use Mode hotel again, and have already recommended to others. To management, keep up the good work.

Lovely place to stay, nice room and breakfast. Was welcomed by a lovely girl called Victoria who made our stay even more pleasant. Will definitely be returning!

2nd floor room 206 double cosy. Decent size double room and bed with good lighting . Hairdryer. Large mirror . Robes . Best 360 degree fan ever made! Umbrella provided whatttttt. Fab. Didn't need it though . Coffee machine and pods and spare on 1st floor cupboard next to room 106. Tv remote didn't work but there were spare ones in that cupboard also. As was an iron . Extra tags sugars biscuits etc Hanging space is ample for few nights . Towels provided . Large window with a poi tress black out blind in as it didn't fit. Make up station with small mirror . Large tv on wall with lots of channels. Clean and tidy. Large powerful shower ,nice and hot . Lots of free parking spaces nearby , turn right and right again. No ground floor rooms in this place but you walk out of door and you are in the main street. Indian and pizza and kebab places on your step amd pubs and shops. Def recomend

We had a lovely stay at the Mode Hotel, Lytham. Clean, comfortable room with a perfect location overlooking the square in Lytham. Had everything we could possibly need. Very comfy bed and excellent shower. Would definitely stay again.

shocking, no receptionist just a key in a lock box, but no code sent and no one at reception, unable to get into the hotel and left with no money and nowhere to stay, as the icing on the case they still have not refunded me the money AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Happy with the accommodation. Ease of booking in and good information for guests. Hotel position excellent central to the town and facilities. Not suitable for disabled people ' Two flights of stairs difficult if you have walking difficuties.

The room was large and spotless The bed was comfortable and enough Tea and coffee to make us float the bathroom was so clean and tidy with clean towels and if needed someone would come in clean left more drink and toilet rolls We were given a safe no then your own pin number When you got in through the door you went upstairs and on the reception was an envelope with your name on I opened it The staff apologized for not being there in person and it had on the time you could go in and the time to vacate there was an opportunity to pay a little extra for a later exit there is plenty of eating places cafes and restaurants The Mode offers you a deal a ,£50 voucher for £35 for the olive branch next door there is plenty of busses to take you to Blackpool then change for other destinations
