設施陳舊，服務意識淡泊。早上八點半去餐廳，自助早餐衹剩下稀飯饅頭鹹菜，熱菜除了辣椒其他菜空空如也，問服務員是否會添加，沒人理會。同行人幫我們統一拿了雞蛋，被服務員訓斥一番説，每人衹準吃一個雞蛋，説我們偷雞蛋，雖然我們解釋了，但餐廳的服務人員不依不饒讓我們覺得很心塞。這服務態度和素質真是驚掉下巴。
客房送來一包常温保存已經過期的奶酪，是挑戰客人的健康和智商嗎？

房間設施衞生一般、最不能接受的是到了晚上9點、基本沒有熱水、沒辦法洗澡、長途旅行過來想洗洗熱水去除疲勞、結果根本不可能辦到、問前台、撒一堆慌、説他們的水温有90度、麻煩問一下你們的90度水、是不是與接近冷水一個度？

房間位置不錯，富藴縣城真的很漂亮，特別是晚上燈光，額爾齊斯河夜色公園不錯，房間大，老舊但也還舒服！有樓下停車場，周圍不遠有很多吃飯的！吃的這個辣八香火鍋也牛肉很嫩很不錯！
