房間性價比相當高，很適合朋友一起出行，設備齊全，滾筒洗衣機，微波爐，冰箱全都有，滑雪推薦這個酒店，晚上衣服洗了，早上起來都幹了，很方便。早餐也不錯，麪條很好吃，很豐盛。開車的送山頂免費停車，沒開車的送上山車票很合適。值得推薦的酒店

雪友的話三思
房間暖氣跟沒差不多，室內都要穿羽絨！
洗澡熱水 一次衹能10分鐘然後就冷了（需要等很久才能第二個人洗）
三思吧 室內穿還要穿羽絨 洗澡最多十分鐘就冷了。洗完出來冷死你那種.
我們定了倆晚，住了一晚後覺得房間暖氣/熱水都特別坑（簡直不能住人那種）然後要求退房 那邊經理讓我們中午12點前回來退房即使你上山滑雪了 反正就特別坑！談了很久才願意給退！

設施：非常不錯。一室一廳一廚一衞的房間非常舒服，尤其是有洗衣機，滑雪之後非常實用。
衞生：沒問題。
環境：每天四趟班車去滑雪場，非常方便。
服務：雪具寄存，非常好。
餐飲：早晚都是在酒店吃的，早餐不錯。每天滑雪回來，餐廳點餐，食材味道，都挺好，價格不貴，也不算便宜。

滑完雪回來，5點多到可可託海，最開始住的3號樓，因為前一天淋浴開關，開多一點燙，開少一點冷，於是跟酒店工作人員溝通後，幫我們換到了7號樓，然後我們冒着雨拖着五六個行李箱包換到了7號樓5樓，剛衣服脱了準備洗澡了，發現水龍頭沒熱水，於是給工作人員打電話讓幫忙看看怎麼回事，原本以為幾分鐘會到，結果一等就是30多分鐘，工作人員來看了之後，告知5樓的水是壞的，於是讓我們換到2樓，於是我們又收拾好大包小包，換到了2樓，換到2樓之後發現還是沒熱水，於是給工作人員打電話，原本以為打一個電話就回來，結果從6點多等到了7點多，還是沒來，最後告訴我們工作人員都在吃飯，讓我們等工作人員吃完再來，這一等就等到了8點半，我們滑完雪全身都汗濕的，再加上換房間頭髮都淋濕了，這種情況下我們需要洗熱水澡，但是等了工作人員3小時沒得到解決。後來工作人員告訴我們修好了，不過要等水燒一個小時，此時，我老婆肚子餓的不行，我們想着吃完飯之後回來，水應該差不多有熱的了，結果我們吃完飯回來就已經晚上10點鐘了，回來依然沒熱水，然後又問工作人員怎麼解決，工作人員説你們再等等，等一會就有熱水了，這一等又等了半小時，我們又打電話問工作人員，工作人員説物業説了水修好了啊，我也沒辦法，已經把我逼發火了，趕緊給我解決，媽的，這事搞了5個半小時了，然後工作人員説我在催，我讓領導給你解決，一會打電話過去，工作人員説還在催，我已經等的快睡著了，這個時候終於來了個領導，於是我又冒着雨到了斜對面6號樓，終於給我找了個能洗澡的房間，領導還不錯，讓我們別搬了，先過去洗個澡，明天再回來搬東西！

大堂很氣派，房間挺大，有電梯，不過需要爬半層，不知道設計師有沒有為拿拉桿箱的人考慮過
有洗衣機，不帶烘乾，房間裏也沒處晾衣服，不知道設計師咋想？
衞生間乾濕不分離，很小一間，大概2平米，一下子就從大堂的4星降到了客棧級別
早餐品種很少，奶茶摻了一半水，600的房間，100房價的早餐水準
房間衞生很差，卧室還有蛛網，門把手都是灰，本來定了2天，果斷取消第二天
