房間乾淨整潔，服務周到，最感謝服務總枱人員，幫我們解決大問題，當時剛好古爾邦節，沒有司機可以送我們去可可託海景區，第二天我們又要離開這裏，我們着急萬分，是酒店前台發動她的朋友圈，終於有熱❤️人把我們送到景區，後來又來接回！非常感謝！

樓房地面隆起，有不安全的感覺，而且早點非常差！飯是涼的，饅頭上有發黴的黴點，可選擇的菜也少，雞蛋限制一人一個。

酒店位置很好，就在景區旁邊，房間乾淨整潔，設備設施完善，周邊樓下有餐廳，便利店，酒店還準備了果盤，非常温馨，服務意識很強！
