這是我住過的最温馨的民俗酒店了。入住當天時間較晚，天空又下着小雪，我們到了酒店前台，客服立即辦好房卡，並一直陪我們到了房間，幫我們把所有的行李都抬了上去。一聲小度小度開燈，房間豁然開朗，屋內設施齊全，衞生乾淨，環境温馨，服務周到熱情。在皚皚的白雪襯託下，天鵝之家民宿看着是那樣的美麗，住的又是那樣的温暖。當得知我們要去雪場頂門時，特地為我們開了八點的早餐。我們一住就是五天。住在這有温暖。
讓我最感動的是滑雪最後一天，我的腿部受了傷，民宿的所有員工不僅把飯送到了屋裡，還給我拿了冰雪冷敷，還給我無償的找了扭傷特效葯。臨走時還幫我們把所有的行李都扛到了車上。一趟難忘的滑雪之旅。臨走時，我給店家説，以後來可可託海滑雪，還要住你們家。

就價格便宜吧，別的就沒有啥優點，衞生很差很差，老闆態度還挺好，但是隔音太差勁了，樓上蹦跳了半夜，聯繫了老闆後還持續了半個小時
