優點：最大的優點就是性價比高，便宜。冬季在可可訂酒店，300是個分水嶺，比這個價格便宜的那就不要有任何好的體驗了，總會差一頭，海明就剛好卡在這個網上，房間足夠大，能擺下兩個甚至三個板包，這點很重要，大廳能存放雪具，進門還有個小超市，一應俱全，門口也有大巴車，不開車上山也沒事，門口有三個慢充樁，開新能源來的有福，但是有被佔位風險
下面來説説缺點了，地暖到了晚上會降温度，尤其是電視機下面那塊位置，窗子密封一般，能很明顯感受到外面竄進來的冷氣，保潔大媽的衞生做的也很一般，衹能保證最基本的換垃圾換毛巾這些，最最最難受的，沒有長衣架，一堆衣服無處掛，但是有的房間又有，這點很懵。另外淋浴的地板一定要及時清理，邊邊角角都已經發黃生銹了，時間長了會給人一種不乾淨的感覺，房間整體夜晚光污染很嚴重，到處都是亮着的燈
