必須給這家酒店五星好評！這次選的浴缸房體驗絕佳。房間寬敞明亮，裝修精緻，大浴缸乾淨又顏值高。玩累一天回房，放一缸熱水，撒上自帶浴球，在氤氲水汽中放鬆身心，疲憊一掃而空。服務更是貼心，工作人員有求必應。無論是設施還是體驗，都遠超預期，下次出行還住這兒！

剛到酒店，就被它的外觀吸引，古樸又雅緻，與周邊自然景色相得益彰。踏入房間，佈置温馨又有格調，木質傢俱搭配輕柔床品，滿滿家的感覺。老闆熱情好客，像多年老友般親切。為我規劃小眾遊玩路線，露台可以看夕陽餘暉灑下，愜意無比。這裏的人文景色都讓我感受到別樣的寧靜與美好。體驗超棒，下次來，還住這兒！

房間舒適寬敞，老闆娘非常熱情，有家的感覺。而且房間景觀非常好，可以直接看到雪山，後院拍照非常出片，可以看到日落。

房間很大，也很乾凈，是地熱的很暖和，晚上睡覺開窗户都可以。老闆人很好，退房還給送的吃的，很不錯的一次體驗，一樓有個狗狗和貓咪，超乖的。

很慶幸自己選定入住了這家牧恬園酒店，首先是店裡老闆們和老闆家人們的服務太熱情、太好、太周到了，對很多需求都有求必應，幫了我們很多忙，解決了我們好幾個燃眉之急，很感動也很感謝🙏🏻。
酒店整體環境和房間環境非常有特色，既有現代時尚的元素，又有大美可可託海地區民族的特色，設備設施都很新，房間的大床睡着很舒服，房間裏的加濕器很好用，餐廳的早餐很豐盛美味，去晚了老闆還會周到的給餐食加熱。
酒店位置很方便，到雪場1900站半個來小時車程，去周邊的各個網紅餐廳、商店、醫院等場所都非常近。
酒店裡有一位可愛漂亮會滑雙板的小姑娘，小姑娘會自己做糖葫蘆招待遠方來的客人，經常帶着她的寵物小鸚鵡（水蜜桃😁）和我們打招呼、問好和聊天，聰明可愛，温馨啊！
酒店裡還有衹優雅的好嚕的布偶貓和一衹淘氣活潑的隕石邊牧，給整體感受再次大大加分。
一次收穫滿滿的可可託海滑雪之旅，因為有這家非常滿意的牧恬園酒店作為休憩之所倍感滿足，圓滿完美，再次對酒店老闆們和老闆家人們的服務給以真誠的感謝，讓我們遠方來客體會到了大美新疆可可託海人民的熱情和好客，必須給個超級大大的好評！下次一定再來！可可託海、牧恬園，下回見😁

設施：一進門就感受到温暖的氛圍，酒店大堂和房間內都用了很多木質的傢俱，很喜歡。房間的景色更是無敵，配着老闆準備的花茶，非常享受。宅在房間既可觀景，也有大屏電視可看。
衞生：房間內佈置不簡單，但非常乾淨。
環境：店裡有狗狗Lucky、貓貓糖豆、和鳥鳥綠豆，很有愛。酒店內外環境都很好。
服務：從進店歡迎，到房間送茶水，服務很到位。店內所有工作人員都很熱情友好。早餐在負一層，很精緻。
預訂是作為連續滑雪後的一天調整，入住後超出預想，再來可可託海還會選擇住這裏。謝謝老闆的熱情和用心。
