This is a new hotel near to the tourist spot. There is a gym facility and a washing machine in the room itself. The breakfast was delicious. Appreciated the free room upgrade due to the off season. This is the best hotel in this area and highly recommended.

The Sevice from the Staff is wonderful, there’s no doubt about on staff services, especially the handsome staff 德克 helping me to collect my courier 2 times from other place, and he was well keeping my stuff for me, and do inform me regarding my courier that he was collected and sent to my room, another handsome man called 小林 also very helpful and really nice. Just one things I can’t accept that is no air-con for this hotel (winter), I humid and hot in the room, they provided me a fans (only one fan in the hotel), then I only can sleep. If they can provide air con during the winter I’m sure will not come back, if they do I will definitely come back to stay again. Thank u.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the No. 3 mine vein, and it is very convenient to travel. The room was even more surprising, with a large space of 60 square meters, Duravit bathroom, Slumberland mattress super comfortable, and equipped with laundry equipment, full marks for details! The catering must be praised, the breakfast variety is rich, the beef brisket topping noodles are super fragrant, and the Xinjiang flavor and other dishes for dinner are also authentic. The front desk service is super enthusiastic, and they took the initiative to help with the luggage, which is very considerate. The manager also enthusiastically helped us order and confirm the time for breakfast the next day. Overall, both the facilities and services are worthy of high-end positioning.

The hotel is in a good location, 300 meters away from the No. 3 mine. The parent-child room we stayed in was spacious, and the snow-capped mountains were visible from the window. The hotel has a good price-performance ratio. The hotel's cancellation policy is very friendly, and it is very convenient for us to adjust our itinerary. The waiter Alin and the housekeeper Buli provide excellent service. The hotel restaurant is a major feature. In such a remote mountain town, there are authentic Cantonese cuisine, which is deeply loved by children. There are many types of breakfast, taking into account the tastes of China, the West, the South and the North. My child doesn't want to go downstairs for breakfast, so I take some breakfast upstairs every day. The noodle stall chef Wen is very considerate and helps me arrange it. The other service staff are also good and the communication is smooth. The hotel's small robot often helps deliver things to the door of the room, which is very convenient. If there is a slight need for improvement, it is that the floor heating is a bit hot and can't be lowered. We have to open the window to cool down every day. Overall, I am very satisfied, recommended, and I will stay here next time.
