Jiyu Hehantian This hotel is truly one of the most satisfying hotels I have ever stayed in. As other guests said, the decoration is stylish The room and bathroom were clean and the mattress was very comfortable, so I slept well. There is a capsule coffee machine, tea, plenty of free bottled water, a humidifier, a washing machine and it is well maintained. It is very suitable for those of us who are traveling for a long time. But one thing I think is very important is that the water quality in this hotel is very good. I boiled water with me for more than a week without any scale, and the water I drank also had a little sweetness, which was very delicious. The hotel restaurant is also very good, which completely eliminated our worries about not being accustomed to food after being out for a long time, which added a lot of points to our stay experience. The buffet breakfast has a rich variety of food, high quality and delicious food. After breakfast every day, we are full of energy to go skiing. Dinner includes Cantonese cuisine, Sichuan and Hunan cuisine, Huaiyang cuisine, Western food, and Xinjiang cuisine. There are many choices of dishes. I was very tired after skiing and didn’t want to walk around. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant every day and the dishes were not the same, and the food was of a high standard. I didn’t expect that I could eat such authentic Cantonese food and high-level Western food in Cocotohai. I was really surprised, and the portions of the dishes were great. Sufficient, the price is rich and frugal. My heartfelt thanks to the chef, Mr. Yang Kai, and all the chefs for their efforts in serving us delicious food. The waiters in the restaurant greeted Na, Zaizai, Dina and Xiaosa very well and were very attentive. I would especially like to commend Mr. Jing Jianming, the hotel operations director, and thank him for taking care of us during our stay in Cocotohai. In fact, before we even checked in, he was already helping answer questions and collect the ski delivery. On the day of check-in, because we arrived very late, he also helped us order meals in advance, so that we, who were tired and hungry, could eat as soon as we arrived. It was a great contribution. Although we stayed in a common room, Mr. Jing took the opportunity to understand our needs every day after we checked in. He was very considerate and made us feel at home. Other front desk staff, Zaza, Baina, Dirk, Yalin, etc. are all very nice and helpful. They feel like family members after staying here for a long time. This hotel really makes people feel like home.
