Very, very good. The hotel is in a great location, clean and tidy. I felt very comfortable as soon as I walked in. The front desk staff greeted me warmly, which made me feel very warm. The room was big and clean. The hotel gave us a free upgrade. The breakfast was very rich and the location was good. I booked the highest-priced suite for a comfortable stay. The room facilities were old and damaged. The carpets were not cleaned and there were still garbage left by previous guests. There were a few hairs on the sheets. The shower room was leaking. Drinking cups and toothbrush cups were also missing. Use disposable paper cups.
