在撫遠，這間賓館的我價格是可以接受的。賓館在早期就開業，並且是家庭式營業，所以賓館內的設備與設計都是屬於90年代初，看似陳舊，可是在當年這種裝飾是屬於很美的。我們住在一個住宿，最重要乾淨舒適，所以不要去多計較這間賓館的設備已經陳舊。如果你要很好的設備，就去多花費住在認為合適你自己的規格的酒店。你不能付100元的房費，但是卻要求要有300元一晚房價的環境。所以，在外旅遊，像佳園賓館能提供合理的較低的房價的話，我們就坦然接受賓館裏的我陳舊設備，少些抱怨與投訴。

房間乾淨整潔。物品齊全，後院有小停車場，停車非常方便，前台服務非常熱情，積極幫我們推薦附近的飯店，早餐等。有問必答！謝謝前台小美女！距東極閣近，可以爬山觀覽。打車就是起步價。十分方便！

店在客運站馬路對面，方便坐車去黑**島，凌晨步行到東極閣看日45分鐘左右。老闆原則性強，做事認真。窗簾布不是防曬的厚布，如果觀日出後要睡回籠覺，可考慮選西北朝向的。

很好 房間寬敞明亮，睡覺很安靜，床單被罩都是一客一換，老闆親自打掃房間。在東極閣山門不遠的地方，上東極閣看日出方便。門口就有一家早餐店，品種很豐富。大幾百米的地方可以到東極魚市，那裡有早市。老闆人很好。

離客運站很近（就在馬路對面，換乘火車客運站有專線直達車，交通方便。店老闆人很好，服務熱情、周到。有賓至如歸的感覺！
