結論先行：
我們下午17:00到店，沒房，衹能住宿大堂等收拾房間，沒有補償；
我們被當成“罪犯”吃早餐，三歲的孩子都被嚇到不敢哭。
這兩點，足夠一顆星。

入住：房間17:00還沒打掃出來
我們訂的是“家庭房”，前台態度表面客氣，但沒有升級、沒有飲品券、沒有延時退房。我們帶着孩子和旅途的疲憊在大堂乾等，默認這就是“常態”。
早餐：28元一位的“緊箍咒”
我訂的房含兩份早餐，又用攜程積分兑了一份，共三份。
從進早餐廳第一秒開始，循環人聲“廣播”：“不許浪費！浪費按28元/位收費！”——注意，不是提醒，是高分貝、高頻率喊。
我女兒3歲，衹拿了幾根薯條蘸番茄醬，不小心掉了一根。男服務員立刻兇她：“不能浪費！”孩子當場嚇懵，眼淚打轉不敢哭，後半程別説喂幾口飯了，頭都不敢抬。
一位年紀更大的，像監工一樣來回巡視，聲音蓋過吃飯的碗碟聲：“不許浪費！浪費就按照28一位！”
我爸一向秉承出門在外“多一事不如少一事”，在這家酒店都忍無可忍去跟前台投訴早餐廳，關鍵也是嚇到孩子了，我想説“28塊的早餐酒店要是含不起就別含，既然含早就把人當人（我都不指望你把我當客人了，太沒有尊嚴了。”

整整20多天自駕，住過十幾家酒店，我爸媽説第一次覺得自己像被施捨、像被看管的犯人。
我們不是在吃28元的早餐，是在被28元一遍一遍地羞辱。
如果這就是“含早”的服務，請把“含”字去掉，至少還留一點體面。
