酒店客服很有耐心，態度好，有問題及時處理，5分給了4.5分，扣的0.5是因為酒店合作的早餐店太差勁！相當差勁！酒店和他們是合作關係，我們正常拿着酒店標明人數蓋了章的早餐券去就餐，結果早餐店的人態度惡劣，説一個人一張券否則不讓進，沒辦法後面找酒店人員補了早餐券，每個人衹要在規定價錢內點東西立刻，這個時候早餐店前台又作妖，説這個不能點那個也沒有，哪怕酒店人員説我們付錢點，早餐店的人也是這**！就允許你點她推薦的！偏偏她推薦的有我們忌口的東西，不知道是故意的還是死腦筋，酒店溝通了她老闆，老闆都同意了她還從那找不痛快～後面給我們惹急了，她態度倒是沒那麼強硬了，反而倒打一耙説我們跟她大聲喊，相當無語，就這麼幹早餐店早晚關門！也希望酒店可以換個早餐店合作，因為酒店本身不錯的，別被早餐店拖累了，或者住在這裏的顧客可以選擇不帶早餐的房間～推薦住宿！避雷早餐店！

第一次住的時候枕頭有異味，跟前台説了，然後就換了個枕套，這次住的時候枕頭和床上有好多碎頭髮，首先是發現枕頭上有，後面床上也有，前台來換了枕套，説換床單，但是已經凌晨了，帶着孩子，懶得折騰，兩張床上都有啊。

我就是曲靖富源人 上次住的是宏業 這次選了悦庭 感覺很不錯 2024 年新開的酒店 很不錯
設施：很齊全，電視可以投屏
衞生：非常好，很乾凈，沒有異味，床單被套都是新的
環境：非常好，旁邊就是一個超市，停車方便，附近有一個夜市，
服務：很好，送的是小禮～物半手禮各種，前台工作人員熱情 下次還來呢
