乾淨衞生，方便，樓下就是萬達廣場，吃飯購物很方便，老闆為人熱情。

第一次來阜陽，一家人旅行，選擇了這家靠近萬達的民宿，入住體驗非常不好，雖然老闆服務周到熱情，但衞生非常差，父母住的房間床上有血漬，我住的房間味道非常大，窗户開了一夜味道都散不出去，説不清是煙味還是黴味，半夜被這個味道折磨到嗓子痛，一直咳嗽。更難受的是衞生間，毛巾還是什麼月子中心的印記，馬桶老舊可以理解，但很臟啊，黃色的尿漬對於我們來旅行住宿的人來説真的非常噁心，洗漱用品非常小，剛來第一天被房間折磨的非常不愉快！

免費給我升了房型很感謝。房間衞生打掃的不是很好，衞生間需加強打理。椅子有一個是壞的，要不修一下要不拿走掉，客人坐上去摔了的話會引起糾紛。投影非常好！就像在電影院看電影，連續看了好幾天，非常爽！

非常寶藏的一家，價格實惠，老闆態度很好，會解決問題，整體非常舒適，投影儀非常大，而且清晰，住過最好的投影儀了。但不是智能家居，不過還是很值得推薦的

房間很大，有沙發，餐桌高腳凳，投影儀，電視會員，還有免費的WiFi，，設施很齊全，就是民宿的感覺，坐在窗户旁的椅子上很愜意，價格很實惠，老闆娘很熱情，很有耐心!!!
