房間內設施一般，三星標準，但陽台風景很贊，直面山景很美。這件酒店的早餐服務是此次歐洲之星裏唯一遇見，自助早餐的座位是酒店提前安排好的。説不出來是好還是不好，但我更希望可以自主選擇坐在哪裡吃早飯而不是被人安排。還有很奇葩的是，早餐廳服務員很厲害認識每一桌的客人，而這裏所有的客人，除了我都是老年人，還好我帶着我媽，貌似也和老年人不違和，彷彿誤入了一個老年人俱樂部。當然這些老年顧客大多都很友善，雖然她們衹會説德語，但居然也能和我交流，用微笑，眼神，肢體。很奇特的體驗

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Wasserfall and can highly recommend it, especially if you enjoy hiking and also appreciate comfort and friendly service. The accommodation was very clean, with daily housekeeping and towels changed as needed. The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was varied and regularly replenished, with something for everyone. We especially appreciated the option to prepare a small packed lunch for the day – a thoughtful detail for those heading out on all-day hikes. Dinner was served buffet-style, tasty and plentiful, with a nice selection including a salad bar. The availability of non-alcoholic juices was also a great bonus. Another big advantage is the Sommercard, included in the stay, which offers access to many attractions and cable cars for free – a real asset for exploring the area without extra costs. We’d love to come back and warmly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an active holiday with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 out of 5) I had a fantastic stay at the Wasserfall Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and helpful — nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is set in a beautiful location, surrounded by stunning mountains and just a short walk from the nearby waterfall, which makes for a perfect photo opportunity. The room was clean, cosy, and well-maintained, with a balcony offering incredible views. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere — ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the area. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with a good variety of choices. There’s also a small bar/restaurant on-site that served delicious local dishes in the evening, perfect after a day outdoors. I would definitely recommend Wasserfall Hotel to anyone visiting the region, whether you’re there for hiking, skiing, or just relaxing. I’ll absolutely return on my next trip!

Great food and familiar place. Location is situated in beautiful and peaceful area. Room was clean and comfortable. We stayed there during late winter holidays, accommodation was in very good price. Building was good equipped with everything you need for winter stay. Highly recommend!

Rooms are comfortable, clean and quite spacious. Bateriom really nice and very clean. We had a view on a mountain do it was amazing. The food was tasty. We are vegetaians so we had to tell earlier to get something different for dinner than others.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr reichhaltiges Abendessen (Menü 20€!) und Frühstücksbuffet, sehr sauber und sehr ruhig. Preis-Leistung ist spitze, da die National-Card integriert. Die vorhandene E-Auto Ladestation lädt nur mit 3,5 kW (nur 1-phasig).
