在雲南遊玩的最後一天住宿，酒店總體來説還蠻好。訂房含早餐，餐廳不大，但蠻乾淨的，米線和豆漿挺好的。酒店有免費停車位，有電梯，周圍吃的也多，晚餐就在酒店隔壁的飯店吃，粵菜，適合我們廣西人的飲食習慣。

酒店位置好，近高速收費站，有三個加油站，加油、洗車、充電都很方便，酒店前台小妹服務態度好，熱情、大方，還給我們升級了房間，酒店後面可以停車。

臨時找的酒店就在高速路口出口處，非常方便。停車可以停在酒店門口，衹是有點窄。這個價位來説是非常有性價比的，衹作為經停住一夜的話，有熱水有空調，有簡單的早餐，已經很不錯了。

網上訂的，入住登記後，告訴我，熱水供應不上，5點有，大大小小的，也不方便就沒換酒店。結果我們休息到7點來鍾出門都沒有熱水。就這樣毛毛糙糙的出門去做客了。回來洗了下，熱水沒有了。電話問説客服，説我也沒辦法！早起吃早點9點多點，過來問吃好了我要收了，説打碗粥，立馬語氣不好的説：不能帶走！當然粥也沒有了。用權益兑換到三點退房，店家後台可以看到，臨走還要收20元。又説床單有污染，指甲殼都不到的一個小點，要扣錢，或者房客自己洗。保潔説我這要手洗。後來我們自己洗了，一點肥皂就揉乾淨了，不是洗不掉的污漬。我在想，是不是沒有污染，掃掃床就給其它房客住了保潔的意義何在？酒店硬件不行，人的素質也待提高。一些不足，我們包容，不是看不到，也不是不敢維權，大家都不容易，可有的人偏要得寸進尺。衹好打了投訴電話。
設施：1衞生間噴頭支架是壞的，2電吹風一個短髮都沒吹乾不工作了，換了倆。3熱水供應不上。
衞生：床頭腳有個用過的避孕套。馬桶沒有一次性馬桶墊。
環境：簡約風。
服務：口頭禪：我也沒有辦法！硬件跟不上，哪來的自信。避坑，下回不會再入住。
