Checked us in knowing they had no hot water and didn’t tell us (or others). We left…. This is my third year trying this place strictly because of the location and convenience. Every year there has been an issue. One year double charged and it was impossible to reach anyone to rectify. I finally had to let my credit card fight it. The next year the elevator was broken and we had to lug luggage up and down the stairs. This year my first attempt they cancelled my reservation a few hours before check in and said they were closing due to plumbing. A few days later I called to ask if they were back open and specifically asked if everything was ok now and I was assured it was all set…. Then we got there and no hot water! The girl at the desk literally had no explanation for why she didn’t tell us and just apologized. It’s incredulous and I am crossing my fingers I get my refund as promised.

we have stayed here in the past as my son attends College in Fulton. If you can find somewhere else to stay I recommend that you do that. Each we have stayed was worse than the time before but this last visit was the last straw. There is never anyone at the front desk. The bedding smelled as if it hadn't been washed in a very longs time or since the last stinky teenager athlete had slept there. there was a blood stain on the bed decor that ran along the foot of the bed. The bathtub was stained and old. The pillows were old and also smelly. it was difficult to communicate with the staff because almost no one spoke English. The pool shower looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The whole hotel is very unsanitary. This is the first bad review I have ever given. It is not in joy nature to be a complainer but I consider this hotel to be a 1 star at best.

Super dirty, stains on ceiling, dirty shower curtain, weird smell from air condition unit hair on towels

This hotel just needs to be completely renovated. It was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We booked for two days, the first night we didn’t even get under the sheets and the second day we found a better hotel in Columbia. I am normally not overly picky when it comes to hotels but this place was just too dirty. I hate that I wasted my money.

This hotel met my needs - close to William Woods University. Overall it was clean, the window sills were not clean at all! The noise level was great, comfortable bed and pillow. Would stay again.
