Checked us in knowing they had no hot water and didn’t tell us (or others). We left…. This is my third year trying this place strictly because of the location and convenience. Every year there has been an issue. One year double charged and it was impossible to reach anyone to rectify. I finally had to let my credit card fight it. The next year the elevator was broken and we had to lug luggage up and down the stairs. This year my first attempt they cancelled my reservation a few hours before check in and said they were closing due to plumbing. A few days later I called to ask if they were back open and specifically asked if everything was ok now and I was assured it was all set…. Then we got there and no hot water! The girl at the desk literally had no explanation for why she didn’t tell us and just apologized. It’s incredulous and I am crossing my fingers I get my refund as promised.

we have stayed here in the past as my son attends College in Fulton. If you can find somewhere else to stay I recommend that you do that. Each we have stayed was worse than the time before but this last visit was the last straw. There is never anyone at the front desk. The bedding smelled as if it hadn't been washed in a very longs time or since the last stinky teenager athlete had slept there. there was a blood stain on the bed decor that ran along the foot of the bed. The bathtub was stained and old. The pillows were old and also smelly. it was difficult to communicate with the staff because almost no one spoke English. The pool shower looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The whole hotel is very unsanitary. This is the first bad review I have ever given. It is not in joy nature to be a complainer but I consider this hotel to be a 1 star at best.

Arrived at the hotel after reserving a pet-friendly room. Was told they don't allow dogs. After pushing them a little they allowed us to stay (wish I hadn’t). The room we were in had destroyed carpet, the bathroom shower had mold, the bathroom towel bar was broken, and the room had unrepaired holes. The ice machine was out of order the lobby had a smoke odor when you entered it was also almost impossible to get some one at the front desk.

Breakfast tables were all dirty. Ate breakfast else ware because of this.

Massive potholes as you pull into the Motel property. No hot water to take a shower. The smell of mildew on the 3rd floor is overwhelming. This one night stay was a $110.00 Waste of Hard Earned Money!!!! THE BAYMONT INN FULTON, MO IS A D-U-M-P DUMP!!!! I will NEVER EVER stay here again!!!! I will sleep in my car before I ever stay here again!!! This Baymont Inn is going to give Wyndham a REALLY BAD NAME. I've stayed at Wyndham properties in the past and they were clean and wonderful. This place is a health hazard!!!

What a nice hotel! We had a king size bed and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff is excellent and the free breakfast was nice. It was extremely clean and quiet. There was adequate parking. The lobby and sitting area was nice. I will definitely stay here or a Baymont Hotel the next trip!!
