低分主要給予酒店的前台服務:對住客毫無同情心 事情是這樣的 :2.4晚上 因樓上長時間發出嚴重影響睡眠的噪聲 遂向前台提出是否可以更換房間 前台一位女服務員 以無房為由 始終不肯更換 後打110反映情況 前台一位男性服務員見事態要搞大 立馬提出給我換一個房 換房後噪音就沒了 我想對這位女性服務員説 住客是在沒有辦法的情況下 向你提出換房要求 以滿足基本睡眠需求 你以酒店利益為重 絲毫不考慮住客的困難 對住客毫無同情心 不知道是不是這家全季的企業文化？！聯想到第一天辦理入住時 也看到前台有警察出警 看來這家全季確實折騰 望要訂的遊客三思

房間在全季裏算是比較大的，樓下有kfc 古茗還有夜市小攤很方便 礦泉水給的也很足 阿姨每次都會補四瓶 夏天喝水量多 我們還泡茶 完全足夠 前台服務也很好 早餐很好吃 下次來還會住這裏。

進門馬桶口都有灰塵浮在上面都沒沖下去，無語死了，本來已經很累了，就沒聯繫酒店前台説這個事情，另外入住的時候讓我等了很久，不過還好前台看我等的看久給我送了個小禮物，很貼心，我還是希望酒店這個房間質量有待加強哈，我花了兩三百住你們店，無語無語😓
