Very good hotel with friendly staff

Car rental is 30m away. Convenient is you are booking/returning a car from a road trip.

We stayed in the 4 people room. The room is in a four-bunk beds room style room. It is a very small room. It is not easy to open the luggage. The breakfast, you have a choice of a Western or Japanese set of bento boxes. Everything is simple. I wouldn’t consider this hotel to be a four-star hotel. The location is pretty good and it is right around the corner of Avis/budget car rental.

Great experience! Beds were a little smaller than queen size, but still quite comfy

In my first day of staying , the room was a bit dusty an filled with a bad musty smell. Room was a little small couldn't open luggage properly . The staff is friendly and helpful. They even have a shuttle service to get to the hakata station.

Nice place and location

The bath room is very compact and small. When one shower or brush the teeth, the floor was flooded with water due to poor drainage. Hotel has shuttle to Train station but not airport. Airport is only 4Km away. It would be nice to be able to send to the airport. Happy to pay the fare

10min walk from Hakata station. V convenient with lots of shopping and food around. Nice room and breakfast.

Only a little disappointed room too small for two pax wit big luggage no space to put our luggage 🥹

The location was really good. The staffs were nice. The room was very clean and tidy, everyday there was a housemaid who came and cleaned the room.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect

The room is spacious and clean...the location is not too far from Hakata station. Will consider booking here in future.
