a typical 5stqr hotel with very good services. all staffs are nice, helpful and professional. the room is big and very clean. i will definitely come back again

Upon checkin into my room, it was not clean. Toilet reeks of urine smell. Along the corridor of the 7th floor near the lift, there was a bad smell. I had to request for a change of room. The decor of the rooms are dated, not modern. To use the hotel gym, guests have a to pay a few thousand yen. It is a first for me, that a hotel has to charge its guest to use the gym.

They were very kind to store my luggage a day before we check in as we were going to saga for a night.  Walking distance to canal city.

Comfortable room and amenities are great! Staff are helpful and polite. Good breakfast. Convenient parking lot. A bit far from the center of Tenjin.

Very nice flower at the lobby. All staff are working very hard for hotel guests. We have to check out at 6 a. m. and need a taxi. Staff help us immediately.

Hotel is a bit old n rooms r small, bath room perhaps need to be renovated .Staff services r very good, but strange that they make up rooms only from 9-1pm.
