Everything's good, nice room with nice location. Just one thing shocked me, gym and pool were not free, it was my first staying in 4-5 stars hotel, without complimentary gym or pool .

Excellent service, location, cleanliness in the room, delicious breakfast. The only thing was, it was my birthday, but there were no amenities from the hotel. Perhaps it's not so easy here as in European five-star chain hotels, so it didn't spoil the impression.

Excellent facility and services. Breakfast is very well balanced in Japanese and western options.

This time, I stayed in single room which is somewhat smaller than double room but the bed is big and I had a good sleep after done so much walking. There are many restaurants in this area also.

It has a good location but the following issues. 1. Gym and Pool Unavailable on the Last Day of Each Month I brought my swimsuit and goggles to swim, but was told that the gym and pool are closed on the last day of every month for maintenance. This information was not mentioned during booking via Trip.com, though I was later told it was noted on the hotel’s official website. 2. Lack of Communication from Front Desk Staff Although I had prepaid the full room charge, the front desk asked for my credit card at check-in. I assumed it was for a deposit, as is common in other countries. However, it was actually to perform a ¥0 authorization to check if the card could be used to pay the accommodation tax at checkout. The staff did not explain this at all—just vaguely said they needed to check the card. I later found out the tax could also be paid by cash or hotel points. They should have clearly explained the purpose and payment options in advance. In the end, I paid the tax using hotel points. 3. Unclean Table in Room Surprisingly, there was a dirty table in the room that I couldn't use—something not expected from a five-star hotel in central Fukuoka. (See attached photo)

Good location, close to JR station, polite staff, good service, fast check in and check out! Hotel nearby convenient store, coffee shop and site seeing! Highly recommend!

Clean hotel. Good breakfast and nice service. Convenient location. Facilities a bit old.

Upon checkin into my room, it was not clean. Toilet reeks of urine smell. Along the corridor of the 7th floor near the lift, there was a bad smell. I had to request for a change of room. The decor of the rooms are dated, not modern. To use the hotel gym, guests have a to pay a few thousand yen. It is a first for me, that a hotel has to charge its guest to use the gym.

They were very kind to store my luggage a day before we check in as we were going to saga for a night.  Walking distance to canal city.

Comfortable room and amenities are great! Staff are helpful and polite. Good breakfast. Convenient parking lot. A bit far from the center of Tenjin.

Very comfortable hotel with nice restaurants nearby. Staff are friendly. Very near to a subway too.
