Just a few mins away from JR station. The staff there can only speak limited English but they are nice. The room is a bit dark and the bed is too soft, I have back pain after staying for a few nights. Breakfast is ok, but they serve the same food everyday.

Nice place and location

Quintessa hotel Hakata is always my first choice. They provides 3 choices of welcome drinks and dark chocolate from afternoon until midnight. The staff is helpful. I'll definitely stay in this hotel during my visit to Fukuoka.

Used lashes on the floor and stick on my feet 😫also the bathroom can see a lot of the hair.

The only bad side was the room side, really tiny!!!

Overall, I was satisfied. It takes about 10 minutes to get to Hakata subway station, and only two stops to Fukuoka Airport. The room is relatively clean, and it is relatively quiet because it is located in a small road. The price is quite good. I was out playing during the day, and I went to the hotel to take a shower and sleep at night. Although the whole process of check-in and check-out has to be operated on the machine, it is actually mainly to take a photo of the passport, which is quite convenient to operate. The free tea in the lobby can also be used as a resting place during the transit.

Overall good toilet dry and wet separation only drawback is no hot spring but overall very clear and very clean place big enough environment is good very close to the station next time I want to stay again

We were a group of three this time and stayed in a triple room. Room features a bunk bed. The bed is not too small, but after putting the bed in the room, there is not much extra space, even putting luggage is difficult. The design and lighting of the room are actually quite good, but the cleanliness is very average by Japanese standards. In addition, the soundproofing of the room is not very good, and I can hear people talking in the corridor from time to time. There is no bottled drinking water in the room, but there is a coffee machine, Detox Water and peach tea in the lobby, which are free for customers to drink from 3 pm to midnight every day (but they cannot take it away). 

There are supermarkets, cafes, and food and drinks around the hotel. It is also close to Hakata Station. The guest rooms are clean and tidy.

I was a little worried after seeing the reviews saying there was a lot of dust, but our room was in great condition. It was a happy 2 days. Haha

When I tried to charge my cell phone on the bed, it was covered in dust. The location was about 10 minutes from Hakata Station, which felt a little far. The service was good, with drinks available from 3pm to midnight. I would have liked some cleansing and basic cosmetics as amenities.

I stayed here for one night as a family of three. The room was smaller than expected and I couldn't open my suitcase. There was no bathtub, only a small shower room. There was a window, but the room was dark and the lights were dim at night. The staff were polite and helpful. It was about a 10-minute walk from the Chikushi exit of Hakata Station, and there were restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient.

It's a good location, 5-6 minutes from Hakata Station, and the accommodation condition was good, but the cleanliness was average. I asked for cleaning the next day when I was scheduled, but it didn't change much, so I didn't ask for cleaning the next day. Just go without expecting much, and you'll be satisfied.

Since we were on the second floor, when I opened the curtains, I was eye-to-eye with pedestrians. 💦 There was little light and we stayed in a dark room. It was quite tough for two nights. Also, there were no vending machines in the hotel, and no free water, which I found inconvenient. The room itself was nice, but there were some stains here and there.
