新造高檔商品房的裙房，新開業的，從裡到外全新的，大堂敞亮有氣派，房間寬敞，沒有一點異味，乾濕分離，床品柔軟舒適。
早餐品種豐富衞生味美，主餐天天更換，用餐環境大氣美觀。
前台服務熱情專業，經理幫忙推薦靠譜的出租車司機。

都還行，停車場小了點，退房時前台服務遜色，因為車被堵在裏面，讓前台聯繫車主，前台忙着照鏡子釦眼睫毛，半天不吱聲，催促了兩次才去找車主。希望多加培訓。

餐廳在三樓陽台，很洋氣。早餐特別豐富，每天還不重樣，涼拌茄子，土豆乾燒茄子豆角棒棒噠。咖啡豆漿牛奶等飲品都有。人民廣場，江邊碑林公園溜達溜達就到了。去三江公園，濕地公園，萬畝水稻公園包車很方便。

……衞生相當不行了……衞生間地都有清潔水漬，屋內床單上也有污漬，地上還有上個住客吃剩的魚油……總體感覺挺差
