I had an amazing stay at this hotel! One of the best parts was the incredible view—waking up to stunning scenery every morning was such a treat. Whether it was the city skyline, ocean, or mountains, the view from my room was truly unforgettable.
The location couldn’t have been better. It was close to everything I needed—restaurants, shops, and key attractions were all just a short walk or quick ride away. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable.
Overall, a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and beauty. I would definitely stay here again!

A delay in the check-in procedures for more than two hours.. Very old furniture and the TV.. Musty smell in the room and I did not complete my stay because of the bad smell in the corridor and room

I am staying at Nour Arjaan by Rotana in Fujairah, to perform the ADNOC Project. I experienced that all services at this hotel are great and perfect. Especially this time I would like to praise two employees working at this hotel, who are Miss Eiman and Mr. Ajith. They always greet all customers friendly with a bright smile. That moment made me feel very happy and truly grateful. Thanks a lot.

أنا حالياً موجود فالمكان من ثلاثة أيام ولسه مكمل شاطىء رملى روعة شبه حمام السباحة وغرفة نظيفة وصيانة دائمة وتكييف الغرفة كاريير بحالة ممتازة الطعام والمشروبات مقبولين جداً طبقاً للمبلغ المدفوع وبكميات كبيرة مش محتاج تاخد معاك أى حاجة وأنت رايح بس الأحلى من المكان الستاف الهايل لأنهم محترفين بيقدمولك الخدمة بمنتهى الود والترحيب وأولهم مستر أحمد أبراهيم المدير العام ونوران ريزيرڤيشن والمهندس محمد مسئول الصيانة وفى المطعم مستر سلامة والشاب الجميل الودود خالد وعلى البيتش محمد بشرب عنده أحلى صن شاين وموخيتو وكابتشينو وعم طاهر يديك بشكير البحر المحترم وعصام فى الريسيبشن والأنيميشن تيم كله وخصوصاً عرض الفاير شو لو عليا حكتب أسماء الستاف بالكامل لحد عم محمد أمن البوابة لأنى بحب المكان بسببهم دى مش أول زيارة للمكان وأن شاء الله مش هتكون الأخيرة كل الشكر والتقدير على حسن الضيافة

As a frequent visitor to this hotel, I am used to the excellent service and amenities. There are newer hotels in the area but the way the staff greet you and the ‘extra mile’ that they go to really makes this hotel stand out. I don’t have all the names but reception staff, breakfast staff and the bar staff are the real reason for my return visits. It is the staff that make the hotel and it is clear that Rotana realise this.
