"The experience was fantastic! The front desk staff, Xiao Yang, saw we had a child and specially upgraded us to a family room. The next morning at breakfast, our child wanted juice, but the restaurant didn't have any. A server immediately brought us a bottle of Minute Maid. While it's not an expensive item, it really made us feel well-cared for. This is our second year staying here in Fuhai, and it's truly excellent. Highly recommend!"

"This luxury wild hotel definitely deserves a perfect score! The villa rooms are spacious and spotless, complete with a living room. The balcony even has a barbecue grill, and all the facilities are brand new. Breakfast is individually served and very substantial. The hotel includes tickets to the Sea Devil City, which is a great bonus. Unfortunately, the weather turned cold and windy with rain yesterday, so I couldn't visit. Next time I come back to Northern Xinjiang, I'll definitely stay here again."

Zero pressure mattress with soft bedding is super good to sleep, self-service laundry room with dryer is super practical, room service responds quickly, there are many foods downstairs, the whole is far more than expected, must be repurchased!"

"The lack of a power outlet by the bed and only two USB ports is a major drawback; many data cables no longer use USB ports. It would be better if the room key had the room number on it. I want to address the room key issue. We had two children and booked two rooms, one for the children and one for the children. I said we needed three cards: the children's key needed to be in my possession because I needed to check on them at night, and a power card. The front desk demanded a 50 yuan deposit, saying they were worried about losing them. These key cards only cost a few yuan to make; if I actually lost them, would they deduct 50 yuan from my account? Who would want your key cards? I've never encountered this problem with room keys when traveling with children every year. They really need to improve the training for the front desk staff. Of course, if you say it's the hotel's management policy, then you're right."

"The sanitation and facilities are beyond words. The air conditioning didn't work properly, and after changing rooms, it smelled foul. No one cared about the broken equipment, and the cleaning was perfunctory. It's truly worth the price. From this angle, you can only see the sunset, not the sunrise. The sky was very cloudy and windy at night, with no stars."

"New treasure hotel next to Wulun Ancient Lake! The location is absolutely close to Silver Beach. You can drive directly to the lake to play in the water for a short drive. It is very convenient to go to the beach. The hotel is newly renovated, the room facilities are brand new, the ventilation is in place, there is almost no decoration smell, and the sanitation is meticulous and clean. The bedding is comfortable and the rest experience is very good. The front desk is warm and intimate and parking is convenient. During the day, you can swim in the silver beach and return to the hotel in the evening to rest. It is not used to go back to the long-distance trip. First choice for visiting Ulungu Lake, very cost-effective, highly recommended!"
