"The experience was fantastic! The front desk staff, Xiao Yang, saw we had a child and specially upgraded us to a family room. The next morning at breakfast, our child wanted juice, but the restaurant didn't have any. A server immediately brought us a bottle of Minute Maid. While it's not an expensive item, it really made us feel well-cared for. This is our second year staying here in Fuhai, and it's truly excellent. Highly recommend!"

The balcony even has a barbecue grill, and all the facilities are brand new. Breakfast is individually served and very substantial. The hotel includes tickets to the Sea Devil City, which is a great bonus. Unfortunately, the weather turned cold and windy with rain yesterday, so I couldn't visit. Next time I come back to Northern Xinjiang, I'll definitely stay here again."

"Great location and a room with a fantastic view. However, the breakfast really didn't live up to the standard of a 'wild luxury' hotel. Also, while it's a pet-friendly hotel, they didn't manage the large dogs on the property well. They were chasing people and cars (even circling our car and not letting us leave, which scared my furry child). This caused my cat to get so stressed out that it bit me really badly. I hope the hotel seriously considers the potential for such incidents in the future."

"Choosing this guesthouse definitely didn't disappoint! The room was stylishly decorated, clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also very well maintained, with plenty of hot water and stable water pressure. The owner was incredibly welcoming, making check-in and check-out smooth. They even proactively recommended fun places to visit nearby and local restaurants, providing impeccable service. The guesthouse was located in a quiet area, and with early April in Fuhai, spring was in full bloom. Opening the window allowed you to feel the unique fresh air of northern Xinjiang, which was very pleasant. The facilities were complete, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi working perfectly, making it excellent value for money. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and I would definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Fuhai!"

"Overall, my business trip and stay at this hotel was a good experience. The room was modern, clean, spacious, and very relaxing. The hotel provided multiple washing machines and dryers, which was very convenient. The only minor drawbacks were the relatively limited selection of breakfast items and the fact that the corridors had motion-sensor lights, which turned completely dark at night when no one was around, making it slightly inconvenient for solo travelers. I suggest adjusting the lighting to include basic illumination plus additional motion-sensor lighting. As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are excellent; however, further optimization of the breakfast selection and lighting details would make for an even better experience."

"Facilities: The room was very small, and two suitcases couldn't fit together. The bathroom couldn't be used for both showering and toileting at the same time, and the toilet had a strong odor. Cleanliness: Cleanliness needs to be improved. The bedside was dusty, the sheets were unclean, and a rat greeted me as soon as I opened the door. Environment: The location is really great, facing Lake Ulungur and offering a view of the sunset. However, the mosquitoes were incredibly numerous and swarmed in my face. Without a mask, they covered my head, face, and mouth! The moment I opened the curtains in the morning, I felt my scalp tingle (they didn't bite). Service: The staff didn't proactively contact us to tell us how to drive into the scenic area (the room was inside the area) and required us to call. Access was inconvenient. When I wanted to go out for dinner at night, there were no lights, and the gates were locked. I had to contact the staff to get the security guard to open them."
