房間非常好很安全很安靜很大，服務員態度非常好，每天都按時打掃衞生，換一次性用品。空調也很給力，大夏天酒店很涼快

酒店還是不錯，服務態度也挺好的，有停車場，走兩個路口就有吃的，一家人去吃了有名的一口香，很特別，好吃，價格也實惠，扶風是個好地方

房間較大，沙發和茶几是亮點，可以喝茶看電視。酒店門前可停車，比較方便，前台服務到位。不足的是地毯比較陳舊，有不少污跡，應該想辦法清洗。

算是扶風縣酒店的第一梯隊了，整體佈局和衞生情況尚可，之前經常住。
但最近一次入住體驗並不好，早上9點左右開始一堆打掃衞生的保潔員就唧唧歪歪，天聊個不停，對講機聲音開賊大，喊話也是吼出來的，完全不顧及還在休息的顧客。
我就這麼被一驚一乍從9點吵到12點多。這個問題希望改善並回復，不然以後真不會去了。同價位還有更好的選擇了，現在。

去了法門寺後晚上到達，房間很乾凈，睡覺也安靜，周邊吃飯也很方便。衞生間比較大，熱水充足。價格便宜，停車方便。整體好評👌

客觀評價：一、設施方面。空間正常大小，政務招待風；地毯確實臟，其他衞生還行；拖鞋質量挺好；座機沒連電，沒法聯繫前台，衹能通過攜程；空調衹製冷，沒法制熱，還沒供暖，幸好保潔阿姨（大眼睛那個，人美心善）送了暖風機，不然凍死；衞生間洗手枱漏水，地漏返臭，排氣扇開了反而把隔壁房間的煙味吸過來，洗澡水不太熱，幸好水量大，不然凍死。 二、服務方面。工作人員魚龍混雜。保潔阿姨都很熱心，點贊。幫我辦入住的前台態度正常。晚上值班前台態度很差，打電話説空調不制熱，她回總機沒開，等下派人去開，過了半小時，又打過去，很不耐煩説主機壞了，在找人修，反正一整晚都沒修好，我都懷疑她壓根沒去找人開主機，給老闆省錢呢，不知道其他顧客是抗凍還是沒座機聯繫前台，要是集體反映，肯定能解決問題。催我退房的一個前台，態度又很好：您慢慢來……
走的時候保潔阿姨説15號供暖，有地暖就不冷了，但願吧
