房間很不錯，温泉中心2樓的淘氣堡很好，温泉中心工作人員服務非常熱情，能感覺到是用心在做的。
因為有寶雞文旅的補貼3xx的價格性價比很不錯，説下幾個缺點，
1房間裏面有個大蒼蠅，這個本來可以避免的。
2温泉中心功能池沖水一個類似於金屬座椅，一共4個那個，都是水垢，人靠着很不舒服。温泉那邊地有點滑，很容易讓人滑倒，工作人員一直在打掃積水，但是這個就是很容易滑。當然也可能是個例。
3早餐標識稍微不清楚，部分菜品需要人夠着才能拿到。（茶葉蛋和水煮蛋） 有的品種需要問才有，比如肉夾饃。牌子上面沒有的。等我看到的時候已經售罄了。基本上來這裏的都是家庭過來週末玩，收餐速度稍微快了一點，人沒吃完就開始整桌子的想收，個人建議等桌子沒人了再收，也不差這幾分鐘，或者問下客人這邊能收不再收，而不是一上來就收盤子，體感不好。還有就是牛奶補貨速度稍微快一點比較好，酸奶全程沒見到，能理解，聯繫可以做成酸奶機那種的，也不會浪費。再一個缺點是外賣不太好定位，定位是稍微有點亂，但是能解決。
下面是優點，先從早餐説吧，羊肉泡饃很好吃，非常好吃，不枉排隊，再加個麻花更好。水果品種很不錯能看出來酒店是用心在做，飲料區也可以作為早餐可以的，竟然還有冰淇淋。非常出乎意料。作為售價48元標準的早餐，是能接受的。臊子麪和辣子麪也很好吃。能看出來酒店早餐不是敷衍人的。
温泉中心二樓的淘氣堡是遛娃的好地方。非常大，玩的也很多。酒店裡麪的園林也能去逛一逛，很不錯。
住的地方也沒什麼問題，哪怕是基礎的雙床房，房間都很大，住的很舒服。床品質量可以。周邊吃飯什麼的也很方便。這個酒店可以説是很驚艷了。服務人員能耐心有好的聆聽和解決顧客的合理問題。

酒店是一個很大院的度假風景酒店，古色古香的四合院，房間很大，很乾凈，床品很舒服，我們是10月底去法門寺住在這裏，一樓小院有些清冷，打開空調一會温度就上來了，沒想到吃完晚飯回來就開暖氣了，舒適度立馬上來了，早上起來在酒店院子散步像在公園裡一樣，服務很好，很值得一住

陝西温泉酒店屆“最木亂”的沒有之一！！
1. 每天反覆前台領手牌、温泉區還手牌，第二天早上再去領、再還每天循環反覆跑，其他酒店刷房卡自由進出這裡是不存在的！
2.早餐也是，房卡用不上，每天重複去領早餐券！生怕你多用。
3. 重災區温泉區。門口幾個大姐態度煩躁，尤其是必須讓你穿公用拖鞋！鞋子滿地看不見消毒措施，可以説前一個人剛脱下下一秒叫你穿上！不允許穿自己拖鞋，明確告知了質疑不衞生後拉着臉就一句話不行不讓進！更好笑的是，一個温泉酒店客房的浴袍不讓穿進温泉？！那請問你它存在的意義是啥，多問一句解釋就是“丟了要賠錢呢我們給你説清！”
好傢伙，來個温泉是誰偷你浴袍呢，其他酒店温泉區人家還會主動給你換個乾的，這是直接不讓穿穿了就是你丟了賠錢
4. 小童拖鞋穿不上顧及安全及衞生因素，我們要求孩子穿自己拖鞋，這下好了，呆了沒有20分鐘來了三波服務員盯娃的鞋，要求換他們的，要麼就是把鞋扔一邊假模假式拖地，要麼就是嫌你鞋頭沒按照他們要求方向放！也不知道你是強迫症還是沒事找事
5. 怕孩子眼睛鼻子嗆水帶了一個客房的小毛巾，事情又來了，不讓用！！擰一下水直接沖過來一句不能用毛巾不能擰水！這毛巾是你們毛巾，水是你們池子的水，你在嫌棄什麼？
6. 無處不在的提醒你賠錢，就好像這是皇宮博物館，來這要小心翼翼，在高貴什麼？客房放的不是點餐菜單，是每一項賠錢的價目表
總之體驗感很差，感受煩躁，客房一層灰，温泉規矩多的嚇人

這家酒店我來好好説道説道，整體來説位置不錯，硬件設施也很到位，這個房價我覺得是值得，而且小童遊樂區非常的大，裏面也很乾凈，温泉也很舒服，設施完善，酒店房間也很大，床品非常的舒適。但是酒店的運營有比較大的問題，第一，雖然設定了羽毛球館，但是不提供羽毛球拍，那麼請問是哪個人出行旅遊還會帶羽毛球拍的？既然有羽毛球館，為什麼不提供最簡單的羽毛球拍呢？第二，酒店在入住的第一時間我們入住了兩天，但是他並沒有一次性把所有的早餐券都給我們，讓我們每天都要去領取一次，你們不嫌麻煩，我們帶着孩子每天都要往前台跑，我們覺得非常的繁瑣。第三，我覺得這個酒店的運營管理有比較大的問題，他們的初衷是為了讓自己的賬目更加的清楚，但是你們不明白的是作為一家酒店最最重要的是客人的體驗，你們在設定你們酒店運營的過程當中，你們沒有把客人的體驗放在第一位，而是想自己如何走帳清楚，讓自己的賬目更清楚來怎麼設定，比如説入住的所有客人都可以無限次進出温泉池，那麼你完全可以讓客人憑房卡進出，為什麼每一次泡温泉都要去前台領一個手環，有時候手環不夠用，還寫一張紙條蓋個章子，我們一共去了14個人，每一次每天都會因為各種的事情去前台領取不同的東西，真的非常非常的麻煩，住店客人完全可以憑房卡直接進出温泉，因為他不需要儲物櫃，還有小童遊樂區從酒店的客房裡就能看到通往小童遊樂區是有意扇門的，但是這扇門緊閉，我們需要進入温泉區再上二樓才能到小童遊樂區，並且小童遊樂區也是需要去前台領取一張手寫的紙，蓋了章子之後才能進入到温泉區，為什麼不能從房間直接刷房卡進入呢？既然是住店客人，又給了這麼多方便，為什麼在手續上面會設定這麼多的阻礙，然後酒店又會因為手環不夠來拿手寫的一張紙去替代，真的非常非常的不專業，這也許就是五星級酒店和三線城市這種三流酒店最大的區別就是出發點完全沒有站在客户的體驗的角度上，而是自己怎麼方便怎麼來。

這個酒店，在縣城，六百多的價位，所有服務給人的感覺就是非常敷衍！特別是女賓部的搓澡，進去之後讓我沖，我沖了，説我沖的時間太短搓不出來，温泉泡兩小時搓不出來？説話的態度一整個咄咄逼人，像我媽在教訓我！我是來消費的拜託？然後就不理人了，我泳衣都脱了差點出不去，後面一位好心大姐給找了汗蒸服。整個心情跌倒谷底，本來住兩晚，我是一秒鐘不想多待，西安的任何一家快捷都比這600的服務態度好。第一次住酒店感覺被監視被敷衍被冷淡，真服了自己為什麼不住隔壁的雷迪森！

從西安出發去寶雞過週末，入住一晚關中風情園，這名字可能讓人誤以為是農家樂之類，其實裏面很大，酒店也是新蓋的，很高檔。裏面有室內室外温泉游泳，還有一個小童樂園，入住期間不限次數進出，帶娃首選。早餐有西府特色豆花泡饃和扶風羊肉泡、臊子麪。
