Room Standard: The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a thoughtful layout. The amenities were of a good standard, and everything was in proper working order. Housekeeping did an excellent job in keeping the room tidy and refreshed daily, which made the stay very comfortable. Staff Professionalism: The staff truly stood out for their professionalism and friendliness. From check-in to check-out, they were courteous, efficient, and always willing to assist with requests or questions. Their warm service created a welcoming atmosphere and made the overall experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Holiday Inn Fu’an by IHG delivered a high-quality stay experience with strong standards in location, comfort, and service. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Fu’an."

"This is by far the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in recently! ✨ The value for money is absolutely incredible. For me, when traveling, accommodation is key! Sleep is super important, and a comfortable stay truly doubles the happiness of the entire trip. 🥰 First off, the service was exceptional! The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and professional. Check-in was very fast, and the overall experience was great. They patiently answered all my questions and had an excellent attitude! And I have to give a huge shout-out to the room's cleanliness! It was spotless, with not a single dirty corner. The floor, desk, and bathroom were all very tidy, and there were no strange odors. The bedding was soft and clean, so incredibly comforting to lie on after a long day of traveling, finally allowing me to relax and rest properly. The facilities were also comprehensive. The lighting created a comfortable ambiance without being harsh, and the water pressure was just right. The toiletries were clean and effective. Everything was neat, and the Wi-Fi speed was excellent, no buffering whether I was streaming shows or working. All in all, a big thumbs up! 👍👍👍"
