Room dirty. Not clean and far from everything. Not a good place to stay. Overall I would not recommend

Clean and always able to relax 😴

It was conveniently located off the highway adjacent to a McDonald’s parking lot and behind a gas station and convenience store. The lobby was neat and clean, and Clarissa at the front desk was extremely hospitable, and customer oriented. The rooms we booked were not the rooms available when we arrived. We had to settle for a queen size bed in a handicap room instead of a king size bed as booked on the website. The other room with the king size bed did not have accessibility feature features as promised, we checked into that one first and we’re greeted with a cockroach on the entryway. Yeah, immediately turned my stomach, and I thought of packing my things and finding another hotel. However, Clarissa apologized and offered us a room on the second floor. I travel with peppermint oil and definitely gave the rooms a good spritz to prevent more bugs from crawling out. Still, if I hadn’t been exhausted from traveling across the country, I would have probably not slept at all that night. Clarissa was extremely apologetic and did everything she could to make sure we felt comfortable. I wish I could say the same for the Manager the next morning. Mary had read the notes passed on from Clarissa the night before and offered no apology, no explanation and no credit whatsoever. Honestly, she acted like if I didn’t like it too bad. I told her if it wasn’t for Clarissa and her Customer service there would be no way we would’ve stayed the three nights in two rooms. We were excited for some good coffee and breakfast in the morning, but unfortunately, the continental breakfast which consisted of toast,waffles and pastries was not very appealing, and the coffee tasted like it had been reheated at least three times that week. Thankfully, McDonald’s was in the parking lot next to the hotel so we got some fresh coffee and decided to grab some fruit and goodies from a local market for the next two mornings. Overall, for the price- the rooms were mostly clean, except for the cockroaches, and the service with the exception of the manager was very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed there one night, Monday, Aug 5, 2025, and the floors were so dirty our feet were turning black. I was passing through Fresno returning from a beach trip down south and had my own beach towels with me so I put their towels on the floor to walk on so my feet would stay clean and was charged $40 for 3 bath towels and 2 hair towels because they were dirty. That’s on them, not on me. First of all, ewe. The room was filthy and if you maintained your rooms people wouldn’t use your towels to walk on. Secondly, those thin, short, scratchy towels did not cost anywhere near $40 and they know it. Third, they also charged me $10 to stay one additional hour until noon, a courtesy every hotel extends their guests for free, gobbling up the rest of my $50 security deposit. **RED FLAG WARNING** do not stay at this disgusting hotel. They are dirty. They are grifters and thieves who will clearly come up with any excuse to not refund your deposit. Now I have to do a charge back with my bank which is a hassle I don’t need but I will not tolerate being ripped off. Also, everything here is out of order, vending machines, washing machines, ice machines, etc.. The “pool” is 10’ x 10’ not heated, and has an oily residue floating on top. There is zero security in a sketchy neighborhood. The WiFi is so weak it’s practically non-existent. “Breakfast” is a joke - stale cereal, no milk. Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars so one star will have to suffice. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE, you’ve been warned.

My stay at this particular location was not a great one, the hotel for being non smoking stunk of cigarettes, the bedding had cigarette burn marks, and the place was dirty.

Very disgusted even for one night stay. The room smell like urine, the sofa bed is so old that look like someone thrown in the trash and has lots of stain and it need to be thrown out and replaced. There's a cup holder in the back of the sofa bed that's probably been there forever just to show this room was not cleaned properly. We asked for sofa bed linens and the linens have black particles so we didnt use the sofa bed. The 2 queen beds was ok. The bathroom air is weak and hot. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Ramada you need to make better of your name!
