We had a delightful stay at Longhorn Ranch. Our double queen room was tidy, tastefully appointed, spacious (with mini-ridge and microwave), quiet, and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our walk along the riverside and amidst all of the trees. The lodge is set back off the road, so we enjoyed the serenity of the grounds. The RV park looks great and I'm sure kids would love staying here as part of a vacation treat. The overall setting is great with lovely views in all directions. The staff checked in on us to make sure we had all we needed before closing up for the night. Several deer visited in the morning. The location just outside of town was convenient. We were able to park right outside our room, which helped make luggage handling easy, and another door opened out onto a separate deck where we enjoyed time sitting in the afternoon sun admiring the views. I suspect this place is the best deal in town and we would not hesitate to return.

This is a charming little place with a couple long rows of cabin rooms. And a good value in Dubois east of the national park. Beautiful views of the nearby hills with the red streaks that light up at sunset. There's a small stream on the perimeter -- we spotted a fly fisherman. There's a large spacious RV area. We spoke with one man who had been coming there for seven years straight. There's a small cheerful staff who will help with most anything. Be advised that the free breakfast consists of a packaged muffin, apples, and coffee. Tip -- bring a flyswatter.

This is a great RV park which includes a variety of lodging choice, is beautifully situated on the Wind River in the lovely Western town of Dubois, Wyoming. The resort has access to and information on so many activities. The sites very in size and shape for all kinds of RV's, campers and tents. We loved the closeness to the River, being in the outdoors, yet had a level, and quiet site. After staying six days, we plan to return. The staff were readily available and very friendly.

The campground is beautiful - lots of large trees that shade just about every site. The sites are roomy, well maintained and well-marked. We stayed in one of the pull-thru sites beside the river. The grounds - even along the river were mowed and provided easy access to the water for wading or fishing. There are also benches and a swing so there's lots of places to sit beside the water and relax. It's only about 5 minutes to the town of Dubious and multiple places to reach lakes and streams for some great fishing, kayaking, hiking and sightseeing. The bathrooms/showers were clean, well-kept and had plenty of hot water even when the campground was full. I would highly recommend this campground to everyone.

We spent 21 days at Longhorn Ranch Lodge & RV resort. We used it as our home base as we visited the National Parks and surrounding area. It was great to relax at the ranch on our off days. Our site was large and comfortable to relax. The facilities were always clean and the people were always friendly & cheerful. We enjoyed the Wind River that flows by the ranch. It was so tranquil to sit by the river and listen to the water. Enjoyed watching ppl fish in the evenings. Especially enjoyed watching an osprey drive down for its own dinner. Along with the river the views are spectacular here. The town of Dubois is quaint and has a small variety of places to eat. On Fridays there is a rodeo which was exciting to attend. Longhorn Ranch Lodge and RV resort is a wonderful place to come and reset your mind and soul.
