We booked through booking for a one-ni ght stopThe receptionist was very kind. The room size was acceptable but everything (also the corridor, stairs, etc) looked very old and frankly not very clean. The breakfast very limited. If compared to other b&b hotels (for instance, I have recently visited them in Pisa, Mantova and Cuneo), the relationship quality/price is definitely scarce. Good point: the outer free parking.

They charged us an extra €80 without warning in addition to the price of the room. We have not been able to contact them by phone. They are scammers. Do not pay with the card to avoid possible problems. At no time were we informed of the possible extras and to this day I don't know why they charged this extra.

We found a clean and quiet hotel despite the people coming and going from the hotel. The staff is smiling and welcoming, responding to our requests. The only weak point for us, but which is part of the design of the rooms for 4 people, the staircase which leads to the mezzanine is very steep and for children it is scary to fall. I recommend this hotel and its staff (even the small child 😉) Good luck to you.

I reserved and canceled a room in 48 hours, 5 days before the stay, for professional reasons. I was still charged the entire reservation. I explained my case by telephone and email to Booking, the hotel and the chain, asking to make an exception. Only Booking responded to me saying there was nothing they could do. The hotel in Puget sur Argens and B&B did not even deign to respond. They took the money and are satisfied with it. €223 for 48 hours of reservation without any form of attempt to understand my case, this is unacceptable, revolting and a disastrous concept of service. I strongly advise against it.

L'hôtel en lui même pas grand chose à dire, on sait ce qui nous attend dans cette catégorie, mais literie confortable et pas de bruit. Pour le personnel (gérant ?) un minimum de sourire et d'amabilité serait bienvenu... c'est loin d'être le cas. Il faudrait expliquer à ces personnes que l'accueil de clients implique un petit effort.

Nous avions réservé à l’avance par téléphone deux chambres (une simple et une double), que nous avions déjà payées. À notre arrivée à 11h, on nous informe que le check-in ne peut se faire qu’à 14h. Nous avons travaillé toute la journée jusqu’à 2h du matin et avons donc fait le check-in à ce moment-là. Le lendemain, nous recevons des appels et messages très agressifs nous accusant d’avoir payé deux nouvelles chambres, alors que le booking initial n’avait jamais été retrouvé lors de notre enregistrement. Aucun effort pour comprendre ou résoudre la situation, le personnel a été extrêmement désagréable et agressif. La deuxième nuit a été tout aussi décevante : nous avons été réveillés brusquement à 12h30 par un employé qui a ouvert la porte sans prévenir, de façon très intrusive. Même chose pour notre voisine. Aucune considération pour les clients, service déplorable. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Accueil déplorable, manque de savoir vivre, personne négligée indigne de tenir un établissement. Pas de ménage entre 2 réservations. A peine 3 feuilles de papier toilette pour vos besoins. Il faut de préférence avoir la peau claire pour être la bienvenue
